제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 나타내는 공기조화기의 일부단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 공기조화기에 사용되는 전기회로도.
Claims (2)
- 압축기(2), 4방향전환밸브(37), 실외측열교환기(10), 감압장치, 실내측열교환기(7)을 냉매배관으로 접속하여 냉방운전, 또는 난방운전을 가능하게 하는 냉동주기를 가짐과 동시에 피조화실에 송풍하는 송풍장치의 송풍로내에 실내측열교환기(7)와 전기가열기(9)를 순차적으로 배치해서된 공기조화기의 제어장치에 있어서, 송풍장치용의 전동기(15)의 고정자권선과 직렬로 접속되고, 전동기(15)내의 온도가 제1의 보호동작 온도이상으로 된 때에 접속편을 여는 전동기용 보호스위치(30)와 이 스위치와 직렬로 접속되는 제1의 보조계전기(35)와, 전기가열기(9)의 온도가 제2의 보호동작온도 이상이 된 때에 접속편을 여는 전기가열기용 보호스위치, 피조화실의 온도와 제1의 설정온도와를 비교해서 통전 또는 불통전으로 전환되는 제1접속편(32)로 이루어진 직렬회로와, 전기한 전동기용 보호스위치와 직렬로 접속되는 제2의 보조계전기(36), 피조화실의 온도와 제2의 설정온도와를 비교해서 통전 또는 불통전으로 전환되는 제2접속편(33)으로 이루어진 직렬회로와, 제1의 보조계전기(35)의 통전/불통전의 상태에 의해 압축기(2) 또, 전기가열기(9)의 어느쪽인가 한쪽으로 통전회로를 접속하는 회로와 제2의 보조계전기(36)에 의해 전기한 회로에의 전력이 공급을 제어하는 개폐접속편과를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 압축기(52), 4방향전환밸브(54), 실외측열교환기(60), 감압장치, 실내측열교환기(57)을 냉매배관으로 접속하고, 냉방운전 또는 난방운전을 가능하게한 냉동회로를 가짐과 동시에 피조화실에 송풍하는 송풍장치의 송풍로내에 실내측열교환기(57)와 전기가열기(59)를 순차적으로 배치해서된 공기조화기의 제어장치에 있어서, 송풍장치용의 전동기(63)의 고정자권선의 온도가 제1의 온도 이상으로된 때에 접속편(82)을 여는 보호스위치(80)을 설치하고, 이 보호스위치(80)와 피조화실의 온도와 설정온도와를 비교해서 동작하는 자동온도조절기(72)와 압축기(52)의 온(ON)/오프(OFF)를 제어하는 보조계전기(85)와 전기가열기(59)의 온도가 제2의 온도이상으로 된 때에 접속편(82)을 여는 온도스위치(69a)를 직렬로 교류전원에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
