제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 세로방향 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 히이터의 개략측면도, 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 따른 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 열처리장치를 구비한 연신가연장치(draw texturing machine)의 개략정면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 가연 또는 연신가연중의 합성섬유사조의 전부 또는 일부를 비접촉상태로 둘러싸는 히이터본체, 그 히이터본체에 설치되어 히이터본체의 가열벽면을 고온으로 가열하는 가열체 및 히이터본체의 가열벽면에 의하여 둘러싸인 사조 통로내에 설치된 사가이드로 이루어지는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치에 있어서, 상기 히이터본체 및 상기 가열체가 가열장치의 길이방향으로 적어도 2분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열체가 전기가열 히이터이고, 각 전기가열히이터의 가열을 독립적으로 제어하는 제어기에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치.
  3. 가연 또는 연신가연중의 합성섬유사조의 전부 또는 일부를 비접촉상태로 둘러싸는 히이터본체, 그 히이터본체에 설치되어 히이터본체의 가열벽면을 고온으로 가열하는 가열체 및 히이터본체의 가열벽면에 의하여 둘러싸인 사조통로내에 설치된 사가이드로 이루어지는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치에 있어서, 상기 사가이드에 상기 히이터본체의 가열체와는 별도로 사가이드 가열체가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열처리장치의 사용시에 상기 사가이드가 상시 400℃이상으로 가열되도록 사가이드 가열체를 발열하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열처리장치내에 있어서 사절단시에 사의 융착물을 제거하도록 상기 사가이드를 고온으로 가열하기 위한 스위치 수단이 상기 사가이드 가열체에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유사조의 열처리장치.
