제1도는 1단계에서 강산 침출(leaching)을 실시할때의 본 발명의 공정의 작업 계통도.

Claims (9)

  1. 습식 야금 아연 제조와 관련하여 납, 금 및 은과 같은 귀금속을 재생시키는 방법에 있어서, 아연 농축물의 최소한 일부를 배소하고 그리고 아연 산화물을 용해시키기 위해 중성 침출을 실시하고, 비용해 아연 아철산염에 대해 대기압 조건에서 순환산으로 공급된 황산으로 강산 침출을 실시하고, 또한 보통의 아연 농축물 또는 벌크 농축물에 대해서도 강산 침출을 실시하고, 이 경우에 아철산염의 침출로 부터 수득되어 산소에 의해 페로황산염으로 부터 산화된 3가 철의 영향으로 농축물의 황화물이 주로 황산염 및 황 원소로 산화되고, 강산 침출로 부터 수득된 잔류물은 최소한 황원소, 납 황산염, 농축물에 함유된 금 및 은을 포함하고, 철을 적철광으로 수득하기 위하여 강산 침출로부터 생긴 용액을 고압 반응 용기에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강산 침출을 2단계로 실시하는데, 제1단계에서는 중성 침출로부터 수득한 잔류물의 아철산염을 순환산으로 침출시키고, 이렇게 생선된 용액에 대해 제2단계에서 강산 침출을 실시하고, 또 이 단계에서는 산소가 공급되어 용액에 함유된 2가 철을 3가 제2철로 산화시키고 다시 이 단계에서 공급된 벌크 및/또는 아연 농축물을 산화시키고, 제2단계에서 생성된 잔류물은 제1단계로 돌아가서 아철산염의 침출에서 생성된 제2철에 의해 제2단계에서 산화되지 않은채로 남아 있는 벌크 및/또는 아연 농축물의 황화물을 황산염으로 산화시키고, 제1단계에서 생성된 잔류물은 황 및 다른 유용한 물질로 재생되도록 더 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 강산 침출의 제1단계에서 아철산 염을 용해시키기 위해 순환산이 공급되어 황산 함량이 50∼90g/ℓ범위 이내로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산 침출의 제2단계에서, 벌크 및/또는 아연 농축물과 산소가 공급되어, 그리고 이 단계에서의 황산 함량이 10∼25g/ℓ의 범위 이내로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 강산 침출의 제2단계의 마지막에, 초기에 공급된 벌크 및/또는 아연 농축물의 양보다 적은 양의 농축물을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산 침출 단계에서 제2철의 함량이 10g/ℓ이하로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산 침출 단계에서 공급된 벌크 및/또는 아연 농축물이 황철광을 분해하고 또한 모든 유기물을 제거하기 위하여 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산 침출로 부터 수득한 잔류물을 부유 선광하여 유용한 물질을 재생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산 침출로 부터 수득한 잔류물을 고온 야금 처리하여 유용한 물질을 재생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화 아연을 함유한 원료를 처리하는 습식 야금법.
