제2도는 각각 상이한 글루코오스 농도를 가지는 샘플 a)-f)에 대하여 제1도에 따르는 시험 담체에 샘플을 적응한 후 시간(초)에 대한 반사 의존도(%)를 나타내는 다이아그램이다.
제3도는 제1도에 따르는 시험 담체를 사용한때 상이한 글루코오스 농도를 가지는 샘플 a)-f)에 대하여 파장(nm)에 대한 반사 의존도(%)를 나타내는 다이아그램이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 분석물을 측정하기 위한 이종다중산의 난용선 염의 사용.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분석물이 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민기이거나 또는 하나 또는 여러개의 다른 물질 또는 효소와의 예비 반응에서 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중다종산의 난용성 염의 사용.
  3. 분석물을, 이종다중산의 난용성 염과 접촉하게 되는 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민을 유도하는 물질과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 헤테로폴리 블루 형성에 의한 분석물의 측정방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 이종원자로서 인, 비소, 실리콘 또는 게르마늄을 가지는 몰리브덴, 몰리브덴과 텅스텐, 바나듐과 몰리브덴 또는 바나듐과 몰리브덴과 텅스텐으로 된 이종다중산의 난용성 염이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이종다중산의 난용성 염으로서 그것의 양이온이 암모늄 이온보다 큰 염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 이종다중산의 난용성 염으로서 다음 일반식(I)의 양이온을 가지는 염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    R1R2R3R4X+(I)
    상기식에서, R1,R2,R3,R4는 동일 또는 상이하며, 만약 모든 잔기가 동일하지 않다면 알킬, 아릴 또는 아르알킬 잔기 또는 수소원자를 나타내며, 또는 2개의 잔기가 함께 알킬렌 잔기를 형성하고, X는 인 또는 질소 원자를 나타낸다.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 이종다중산의 난용성 염으로서 4차 질소 이중방향족화합물군으로 부터의 양이온을 가지는 염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 헤테로폴리 블루 형성에 의하여 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민을 측정하는 방법으로서, 측정하고자 하는 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민의 용액을 이종다중산의 난용성 염과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 헤테로폴리 블루 형성에 의하여 분석물을 측정하기 위한 제제로서, 그 제제가 분석물과 함께 전자가 풍부한 방향족 아민을 유도하는 물질과, 이종다종산의 난용성 염 또는 그것에 필요한 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제제가 이종원자로서 인, 비소, 실리콘 또는 게르마늄을 가지는 몰리브덴, 몰리브덴과 텅스텐, 바나듐과 몰리브덴 또는 바나듐과 몰리브덴과 텅스텐의 이종다중산의 난용성 염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 제제가 이종다중산의 난용섬 염으로서의 암모늄 이온보다 큰 양이온을 가지는 염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 제제가 이종다중산의 난용성 염으로서 다음 일반식(I)의 양이온을 가지는 염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.

  15. 헤테로폴리 블루 형성에 의하여 분석물을 측정하기 위한 제제의 제조를 위한 이종다중산의 난용성 염의 사용.
