Claims (7)

  1. 존재된 필름형성수지 및 어떠한 가교제의 고체함유량은 기초로 평균입자직경 0.1-100㎛ 및 유리전이 온도70℃인 중합체 분말 5-75중량%를 분산된 중합체 입자로서 함유하며, 그 중합체 입자가 a) 한가지 또는 그이상의 가교된 요소-알데히드 수지, 트리아진알데히드수지 및 페놀알데히드수지 또는 b) 평균분자량(Mw) 100,000이상의 중량을 가지고 공중합된 아크릴로니트릴 및/또는 메타크릴니트릴 적어도 70중량%를 함유한 한가지 또는 그이상의 비가교된 단독-또는 공중합체, 또는 c) a)와 b)의 혼합물로 구성되며, 이를 결합제, 물-분산성 필름 형성수지 또는 가교제와 함께 및/또는 분쇄수지와 함께 연마된 물질로서 코팅 화합물에 첨가시키고, 코팅 화합물 및 분쇄수지는 80℃ 까지의 온도에서 중합체 분말을 용해시키거나 팽창시키는 성분이 없는 것을 특징으로하는 한가지 또는 그이상의 수용성 또는 물-분산성 필름형성수지 및 임의로 필름형성수지용 한가지 또는 그이상의 종래의 가교제의 결합제: 그외에 종래의 분산된 중합체 입자 및 임의로 안료, 용매 및/또는 종래의 랙커용 첨가제를 함유한 전기 침지 렉커도포용 수성 코팅 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 분말이 실제 이온 또는 이온화기가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 코팅 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항의 수성 코팅 화합물을 랙커 또는 충전제의 또다른 층이 접착되는 바탕 코팅으로서 전기 이동으로 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 기재위에 다층 부착층의 제조방법.
  4. 음극 석출성 전기 침지 랙커도포용으로서 제1항 또는 2항의 수성 코팅화합물의 용도.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다층 랙커용 바탕 코팅의 형성을 위한 수성 코팅 화합물의 용도.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 바탕 코팅을 랙커 또는 충전제의 추가층의 접착전에 스토브시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 스톤칩 내성인 다층 부착층을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
