Claims (11)
- 용광로 슬랙 분말, 수용성 중합체 및 알칼리성 성분을 포함하는 수경 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세한 응집체를 더 함유하는 수경 조성물.
- 용광로 슬랙 분말, 수용성 중합체, 알칼리성 성분 및 물을 포함하는 조성물을 반죽 및 성형한 후, 성형된 조성물을 습윤 경화시킴으로써 제조된 고강도 복합재료.
- 용광로 슬랙 분말, 수용성 중합체, 알칼리성 성분, 미세한 응집체 및 물을 포함하는 조성물을 반죽 및 성형한후, 성형된 조성물을 습윤 경화시킴으로써 제조한 고강도 복합재료.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 카르복시기, 카르복실레이트기 및 카르복시아미드기로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 1개 이상의 기를 분자 내에 가지는 고강도 복합재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 폴리 (메타)아크릴레이트, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리(메타)아크릴아미드 또는 (메타)아크릴산과 (메타)아크릴아미드의 공중합체인 고강도 복합재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 나트륨 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트인 고강도 복합재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 미세한 응집체의 평균 입경이 100㎛이하인 고강도 복합재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 미세한 응집체가 열분해법 실리카인 고강도 복합재료.
- 용광로 슬랙 분말, 수용성 중합체, 알칼리성 성분 및 물을 포함하는 조성물을 반죽 및 성형시킨후 성형된 조성물을 습윤 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 고강도 복합 재료의 제조방법.
