Claims (1)
- 두께 미끄럼 진동을 행하는 원형의 압전소자의 양 주면에 Z'축방향으로 옆으로 긴 구동전극이 설치되어 있고, 상기 압전소자의 직경을 D, 상기 구동전극의 Z'축방향의 길이를 L,X축방향의 길이를 W로 했을 때, 상기 양 구동전극의 각 치수(L,W)가 W〈D/3 및 0.5DL2D/3의 범위로 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차 오버톤 압전 진동자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
