제3도는 금속층 부착 고분자층을 가열한 후의 상태를 나타내는 종단면도.
Claims (4)
- 고분자층중에 입경1,000nm 이하의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 또는 금속 산화물에서 선택된 미립자가 분산하고 각각 분리하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자를 분산시킨 고분자 복합물.
- 고분자 재료를 융해한 후 그에 의한 생성물을 급속 고화하여 열역학적으로 비평형 상태로한 고분자층을 형성하고 이 표면에 금속층을 밀착시킨 후 상기 고분자층을 평형 상태로 되기까지 완화시켜서 그 금속층에서 미립자화한 금속 또는 금속 산화물을 고분자층내에 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자를 분산시킨 고분자 복합물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열역학적 비평형 상태로한 고분자층이 고분자재료를 융해하고 그에 의한 생성 증발물을 바닥층면상에서 급속 고화하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자를 분산시킨 고분자 복합물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열역학적으로 비평형 상태로한 고분자층이 고분자재료를 융해하고 그에 의한 생성 용해물을 급속 고화하여 얻은 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자를 분산시킨 고분자 복합물의 제조 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
