Claims (2)
- 이금속 및 이금속에 접착된 슬라이딩 층을 갖은 복합 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 슬라이딩 층이 두께 0.2 내지 4㎜이고 5 내지 40중량%의 납을 함유하는 구리 합금으로 구성되고, 납이 구리 합금 네트릭스내에 균일하게 분산된 작은 입자들로서 존재하며, 전체 납 입자의 80% 이상의 각 입자가 직경 50미크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 슬라이딩 부재.
- 이금속 및 이금속에 접착된 슬라이딩 층을 갖은 복합 슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법에 있어서, 구리 합금 내트릭스에 균일하고 미세하게 분산된 납 5 내지 40중량%를 함유하는 구리 합금 분말 및 이금속을 제조하는 단계와 구리 합금 분말을, 납이 구리합금 내트릭스에 균일하고 미세하고 분산된 조직을 가진 슬라이딩 층이 형성되도록 빌드업 용접에 의한 플라즈마 아크클래딩에 의해 비산화성 대기중에서 이금속에 열적으로 접착시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
