Claims (11)
- 주원료로서 카올린 및 활성점토. 보조원료로서 Mg-함유, 및 F-함유화합물, 및 소결보조제로서 B2O2를 함유하는 미세입상원료의 혼합물을 최대온도가 1000~1100℃ 범위인 제1열처리 조건하에 가소시킴으로써 30~60부피%의 불소금운모 결정을 함유하는 불소금운모-및 유리-함유 가소물질을 수독하고: 상기 가소물질을 미세입자로 분쇄하고:상기 미세입자로부터 목적하는 형태의 미경화체를 성형하고: 상기 미경화체를 최대온도가 1100~1250℃범위인 제2열처리 조건하에 소결체로 소결시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 머신어블 세라믹의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1열처리 조건이 350~600℃의 제1온도범위에서 1~10시간가열, 700~900℃의 제2온도범위에서 1~10시간가열 및 1000~1100℃의 제3온도범위에서 1~10시간 가열하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세입상원료의 비율이 소결체가 산화물 중량기준으로 하기의 조성을 갖는 비율인 방법.F 2~15%K2O 3~15%MgO 10~25%B2O31~3%Al2O310~25%SiO235~60%
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세입상원료 혼합물 중의 카올린 및 활성점토가 소결체의 조성에서 SiO2및 Al2O3성분의 주요원이며, 활성점토에 대한 카올린의 중량비가 0.5내지 5.0 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소결체에서 Al2O3성분에 대한 카올린의 분포가 적어도 95%이며, 소결체에서 SiO2성분에 대한 카올린 및 활성점토의 총분포가 적어도 80%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세입상원료 혼합물의 평균입자 크기가 5㎛이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세입상원료의 혼합물이 습식 혼합 및 분쇄방법에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소물질의 미세입자의 평균입자가크기가 5㎛이하인 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결체가 30~60부피%의 불소급운모 결정을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소물질의 미세입자가 가소물질을 습식혼합 및 분쇄방법에 의해 분쇄함으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소물질 중의 불소금운모 결정이 1~2㎛의 최대 메스분획을 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
