자동차 제동등의 점등표시회로
제1도는 본 고안의 회로도.

T1, T2, T3, T4: 트랜지스터 R1, R2, R3, R5, R6: 저항
C1, C2, C3, C4: 콘덴서
본 고안은 자동차 제동등의 점등표시회로에 관한 것으로 운전자가 브레이크페달을 밟을때 순간적으로(약1초) 3내지 5번 한도로 제동등이 깜박깜박 표시한 다음 제동등이 켜지도록 하므로서 자동차의 제동상황을 신호로 알려주도록 안출한 것이다.
종래의 자동차제동등은 브레이크 페달을 밟아 제동등스위치를 폐로시킴에 따라 점등이 되도록 구성되었으므로 브레이크페달을 약간 밟기만 하면 제동등이 점등되기 때문에 뒤에서 주행하는 운전자가 앞차에서 브레이크 페달을 밟을 준비를 하는 것인지 브레이크페달을 완전히 밟은 것인지를 판별하기 어려워서 안전운행에 많은 불편이 있는 것이고, 특히 야간에 고속운전을 할때에는 좌, 우측의 백밀러를 보고 앞을 다시 보는 순간에는 앞, 뒷차사이의 주행거리가 상당히 좁혀저서 위험운전의 원인이 되고 있는 실예를 경험하여 알수 있다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결함점을 시정하기 위한 것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제동등스위치(1)를 통한 전원이 릴레이접속편(2)을 통해 자동차의 제동등(3)에 인가되도록 하되 릴레이코일(4)에는 저항(R6)과 콘덴서(C4)로 정해지는 시정수만큼 지연되어 작동하는 트랜지스터(T3)에 의하여 동작하는 트랜지스터(T4)를 통해 전류가 흐르도록 하였으며, 제동등(3)의 릴레이 접속편(2)측에 저항(R1)과 콘덴서(C1)로 정해지는 시정수만큼 지연되어 개폐되는 트랜지스터(T1)를 통한 전류를 공급시켜 제동등(3)이 순간적으로 일정회수만큼 깜박깜박하다가 점등이 되게 회로를 구성하여싸다.
도면중 미설명부호 T2는 트랜지스터(T1)의 작동전류 증폭용 트랜지스터이며, D1은 동작정지시 콘덴서(C3)충전전하 방출 재동작준비대기용 다이오드이고, ZD는 제동등스위치작동후 제동등이 일정회수 점멸하는 순간의 전압안정을 위한 제너다이오드이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 자동차의 브레이크페달을 밟아 제동등 스위치(1)를 페로시키면 배터리전원(+)이 콘덴서(C1), (C2) 및 저항(R3), (R2)을 통하여 트랜지스터(T1)의 베이스에 가해지고 트랜지스터(T1)의 도통으로 전원(+)이 저항(R3)을 통하여 제동등(3)에 공급되므로 제동등(3)이 켜지는 것이며 이어콘덴서(C1), (C2)의 충방전 인하여 트랜지스터(T1)가 개폐되면서 제동등(3)에 공급되는 전원을 개폐로 시키므로 제동등(3)이 깜박깜박하는 것이고 일정한 회수만큼 깜박깜박 (1초에 약 3-5번 정도)한후에는 콘덴서(C4)에 의하여 지연되었던 전원(+)이 트랜지스터(T3)의 베이스에 가해지므로 트랜지스터(T3)의 도통으로 트랜지스터(T4)의 베이스에 전원(+)이 가해져서 트랜지스터(T4)를 도통시키므로 트랜지스터(T4)를 통한 전류가 릴레이크일(4)로 흐르면서 자화되어 릴레이 접속편(2)을 제동등(3) 측 접점에 접속시키므로 제동등(3)이 계속 켜지는 것이고 이러한 상태는 밟았던 브레이크페달을 놓으므로서 해소되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 브레이크페달을 밟는 순간에는 제동등(3)이 몇번 깜박깜박 하다가 점등이 되기 때문에 고속운행중 뒷차에서는 앞차에서 브레이크페달을 밟는지의 여부를 쉽게 판별할수 있어 안전운전에 크게 도움을 주는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 제동등스위치(1)를 통한 전원이 릴레이 접속편(2)을 통해 자동차의 제동등(3)에 인가되도록 하되 릴레이코일(4)에는 저항(R6)과 콘덴서(C4)로 정해지는 시정수만큼 지연되어 전류가 흐르도록 하며, 제동등(3)의 릴레이접속편(2)측에 저항(R1)과 콘덴서(C1)로 정해지는 시정수 만큼 지연되어 개폐되는 트랜지스터(T1)를 통한 전류를 공급시켜 제동등이 순간적으로 일정회수만큼 깜박깜박하다가 점등이 되게 회로를 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제동등의 점등표시회로.
