자동차제동등 점멸장치

본 고안은 자동차제동등 점멸장치에 관한 것으로 자동차제동등과 배터리전원 사이에 유압스위치와 점멸릴레이를 연결하며 유압스위치를 매스터실린더 투우튜우브에 연결하여 브레이크페달을 약간 밟았을 때 기존의 제동등스위치가 온(ON)되기전에 유압스위치가 온되어 유압스위치를 통한 전원이 점멸릴레이회로를 통하여 제동등을 깜박깜박하게 점멸시켜 뒤에서 주행하는 운전자에게 앞차에서 브레이크페달을 밟을 준비를 하고 있는 태세를 신호로 알려주므로서 뒷차운전자가 이 신호를 복 안전운전을 할 수 있도록 안출한 것이다.
종래에는 제동등과 전원선 사이에 제동등스위치가 연결되어 있으며, 제동등스위치는 브레이크페달의 작동에 의하여 온, 오프되게 구성되었으므로 브레이크페달을 약간 밟기만하면 제동등이 점등되기 때문에 뒤에서 주행하는 운전자가 앞차에서 브레이크페달를 밟을 준비를 하는 것인지 브레이크페달을 완전히 밟은 것인지를 식별하기 어려워서 안전운행에 많은 불편이 있는 것이고, 특히 야간에 고속주행을 할 때 좌, 우측의 백밀러를 보고 앞을 다시 보는순간에는 앞, 뒷차 사이의 주행거리가 상당히 좁혀져서 위험운전의 원인이 되고 있는 실예를 경험하여 알 수 있다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결합점을 해소하기 위한 것인데 이를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자동차제동등(1)과 배터리 전원(2) 사이에 제동등스위치(3)가 연결된 것에 있어서 제동등(1)과 전원(2) 사이에 유압스위치(4)와 점멸릴레이 회로(5) 및 버저(7)를 직렬로 연결하며, 유압스위치(4)를 자동차제동장치의 매스터실린더 투우튜우브(6)에 연결하였다.
그리고 버저(7)는 자동차실내에 설치하므로서 자동차실내에서도 은은한 버저소리를 듣고 브레이크페달을 밟는 준비태세임을 알 수 있도록 하였고, 도면중 미설명부호 8은 매스터실린더이고, 9는 브레이크페달, 10은 유압스위치와 제동스위치에 전원을 분리시키는 포인트이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 자동차제동등(1)과 전원(2) 사이에 제동등스위치(3)가 연결된 것에 유압스위치(4)와 점멸릴레이회로(5)가 별도로 연결되어 있으므로 브레이크페달 9를 밟기 위한 준비태세로서 브레이크페달 9를 약간 밟으면 제동등스위치(3)가 온되기전에 브레이크라인에 작용하는 유압에 의하여 유압스위치(4)가 먼저 온되어 유압스위치(4)와 점멸릴레이회로(5)를 통한 전원이 제동등(1)을 점멸시키므로 뒷차에서는 앞차에서 브레이크페달 9를 밟기 위한 준비태세임을 파악하게 되므로 안전운행을 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편 자동차실내에서는 버저(7) 소리가 나므로 탑승자들도 주의력을 환기시켜 안전성을 도모할 수 있는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 앞차에서 브레이크페달을 밟기위한 준비태세를 뒷차에서 파악할 수 있으므로 종래와 같이 브레이크페달을 밟기 위한 준비태세 에서도 제동등(1)이 켜져서 뒷차의 운전자가 혼동을 일으키는 예가없기 때문에 안전운행을 할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 자동차제동등(1)과 배터리전원(2) 사이에 제동등스위치(3)가 연결된 것에 있어서 제동등(1)과 전원(2) 사이에 유압스위치(4)와 점멸릴레이회로(5) 및 버저(7)를 직렬로 연결하며, 유압스위치(4)를 매스터실린더 투우튜우브(6)에 연결하여서됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차제동등점멸장치.
