Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 후면에 별도의 보조 램프를 부설하여 제동등, 방향 지시등, 그리고 위험 경고등의 복합 기능을 하도록 하여 야간 운행시 다른 차량 운전자의 시계를 향상시키는데에 그 목적이 있다.
종래 자동차의 리어 램프는 후면에 집중 설치되어 있어서 야간 운행시 다른 차량 운전자의 시계를 저하하는 문제점이 있었다.
이것을 해결하기 위해, 본 발명은 차량의 정지를 알리는 제동등 스위치와, 주행중 차량의 방향을 지시하는 방향 지시등 스위치와, 주행중 차량의 비상 상태를 알리는 비상 등 스위치와, 제동등 스위치가 온되면 점등되는 제동등과, 방향 지시등 스위치 또는 비상등 스위치가 온되면 점멸되는 방향 지시등과, 정지등 스위치를 통해 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되어 배터리 전원을 출력하는 제1,2릴레이와, 제1릴레이로부터 출력된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 좌측 보조 램프를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제3릴레이와, 제2릴레이로부터 출력된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 우측 보조 램프를 점등 또는 점면하는 제4릴레이로 구비된다.

자동차의 보조 램프 제어 장치

본 발명은 자동차의 리어 램프에 관한 것으로, 특히 리어 램프가 후면에 집중되어 있으므로써 야간 주행시 발생되는 다른 차량 운전자의 시계의 저하를 방지하기 위하여 후면에 보조 램프를 별도로 부설하여 주행중 보다 신속하고 정확한 정보를 차량 운전자에게 알리기 위한 자동차의 보조 램프 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차의 리어 램프는 후면에 집중 설치되어 있어서 야간 운행시 다른 차량 운전자의 시계를 저하하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 후면에 별도의 보조 램프를 부설하여 제동등, 방향 지시등, 그리고 위험 경고등의 복합 기능을 하도록 하여 야간 운행시 다른 차량 운전자의 시계를 향상시키는데에 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적인 수단은 차량의 정지를 알리는 제동등 스위치와, 주행중 차량의 방향을 지시하는 방향 지시등 스위치와, 주행중 차량의 비상 상태를 알리는 비상등 스위치와, 상기 제동등 스위치가 온되면 점등되는 제동등과, 상기 방향 지시등 스위치 또는 비상등 스위치가 온되면 점멸되는 방향 지시등과, 상기 정지등 스위치를 통해 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되어 배터리 전원을 출력하는 제1,2릴레이와, 상기 제1릴레이로부터 출려된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 좌측 보조 램프를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제3릴레이와, 상기 제2릴레이로부터 출려된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 우측 보조 램프를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제4릴레이로 구성된다.
이하, 본 발명은 첨부한 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 자동차의 보조 램프 제어 장치의 회로도를 나타낸 것으로서, 차량의 정지를 알리는 제동등 스위치(1)와, 주행중 차량의 방향을 지시하는 방향 지시등 스위치(2)와, 주행중 차량의 비상 상태를 알리는 비상등 스위치(3)와, 상기 제동등 스위치(1)가 온되면 점등되는 제동등(4)과, 상기 방향 지시등 스위치(2) 또는 비상등 스위치(3)가 온되면 점멸되는 좌우측 방향 지시등(6)(7)과, 상기 정지등 스위치(1)를 통해 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되엉 배터리 전원을 출력하는 제1, 2릴에이(8)(9)와, 상기 제1릴레이(8)로부터 출려된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 좌측 보저 램프(12)를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제3릴레이(10)와, 상기 제2릴레이(9)로부터 출력된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 우측 보조 램프(13)를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제4릴레이(11)로 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용 및 효과를 첨부한 도면에 제2도를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
차량의 주행중 리어 램프와 복합 기능 보조 램프가 운전자의 조작에 의해 점등 또는 점멸되는데 그 과정은 첫째로, 운전자가 주행중에 브레이크를 밟으면 배터리(B+)로부터 전원이 인가되어 제동등 스위치(1)가 온되어 제동등(4a, 4b, 4c, 4d)이 점등되고 인가된 전원에 의해 전류가 제1,2릴에이(8)(9)에 출력된다.
그러면, 상기 제1, 2릴레이(8)(9)는 제동등 스위치(1)를 통해 인가된 배터리(B+) 전원에 의해 구동되어 배터리 전원을 제3,4릴레이(10)(11)로 출력하게 된다.
이에 따라, 제3,4릴레이(10)(11)는 릴레이 스위치가 스프링에 의해 ②~③단자로 접속되어 있으므로 상기 제1, 2릴레이(8)(9)로부터 출력된 전원에 의해 좌우측 보조 램프(12)(13)가 점등된다.
이후, 운전자가 브레이크에서 발을 띠게 되면 배터리(B+)로부터 전원이 차단되어 제동등(4a, 4b, 4c, 4d)이 소등되고 제1, 2릴레이(8)(9)는 배터리(B+)로부터의 전원이 차단되어 좌우측 보조 램프(12)(13)가 소등된다.
둘째로, 운전자가 방향 지시등 스위치(2)를 좌측(RH) 방향으로 조작하면 이그니션(IG+) 전원이 다이오드(DI)로 인가되어 정류된 전원이 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)와 제3릴레이(10)로 인가되고 상기 제3릴레이(10)는 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되고 릴레이 스위치가 ①~③ 단자로 접속된다.
아울러, 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)는 배터리(B+) 전원과 다이오드(DI)을 통해 전압을 인가받아 구동되어 좌측 방향 지시등(6a, 6b)과 제3릴레이(10)로 전압을 공급하게 되고, 이에 따라 좌측 방향 지시등(6a, 6b)은 점멸되고, 제3릴레이(10)는 인가된 전압에 의해 구동되어 좌측 보조 램프(12)를 점멸하게 된다.
이후, 운전자가 방향 지시등 스위치(2)를 끄거나 우측 방향으로 조작하면 제3릴레이(10)는 전원이 차단되므로 릴레이 스위치가 스프링의 복원력에 의해 ②~③ 단자로 접속되어 좌측 보조 램프(12)가 소등된다.
또한, 운전자가 방향 지시등 스위치(2)를 우측(RH) 방향으로 조작하면 이그니션(IG+) 전원이 다이오드(DI)로 인가되어 정류된 전원이 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)와 제4릴레이(11)로 인가되고 상기 제4릴레이(11)는 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되고 릴레이 스위치가 ①~③ 단자로 접속된다.
아울러, 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)는 배터리(B+) 전원과 다이오드(DI)을 통해 전압을 인가받아 구동되어 우측 방향 지시등(7a, 7b)은 점멸되고, 제4릴레이(11)로 전압을 공급하게 되고, 이에 따라 우측 방향 지시등(7a, 7b)은 점멸되고, 제4릴레이(11)는 인가된 전압에 의해 구동되어 우측 보조 램프(13)를 점멸하게 된다.
이후, 운전자가 방향 지시등 스위치(2)를 끄거나 우측 방향으로 조작하면 제4릴레이(11)는 전원이 차단되므로 릴레이 스위치가 스프링의 복원력에 의해 ②~③단자로 접속되어 우측 보조 램프(13)가 소등된다.
셋째로, 운전자가 비상등 스위치(3)를 온시키면 다이오드(D2, D3)에 의해 정류된 전류가 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)와, 제3, 4릴레이(10)(11)로 전원이 인가되면 상기 제3, 4릴레이(10, 11)는 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되어 릴레이 스위치를 ①~③ 단자로 접속한다.
그러면, 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)는 배터리(B+) 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 좌우 방향 지시등(6a, 6b)(7a, 7b)을 점멸시키는 것과 동시에 제3,4릴레이(10)(11)로 전류을 인가하게 된다.
이에 따라, 제3, 4릴레이(10,11)는 상기 방향 지시등 릴레이(5)로부터 출력된 전압을 인가받아 좌우측 보저 램프(12)(13)를 점멸하게 된다.
이후, 운전자가 비상등 스위치(3)을 오프시키면 배터리(B+)로부터의 전원이 차단되어 좌우 방향 지시등(6a, 6b)(7a, 7b)과 좌우측 보저 램프(12)(13)가 소등된다.
상기 보조 램프는 비상등이 작동시에 제동등이나 방향 지시등의 기능은 존재하지 않으며 방향 지시등 작동시 제동등의 역할은 없다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 자동차의 후면에 보조 램프를 부설하여 제동등, 방향 지시등, 그리고 비상등의 기능을 수행하도록 함으로써 다른 차량 운전자의 시계를 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

  1. 차량의 정지를 알리는 제동등 스위치(1)와, 주행중 차량의 방향을 지시하는 방향 지시등 스위치(2)와, 주행중 차량의 비상 상태를 알리는 비상등 스위치(3)와, 상기 제동등 스위치(1)가 온되면 전등되는 제동등(4)과, 상기 방향 지시등 스위치(2) 또는 비상등 스위치(3)가 온되면 점멸되는 좌우측 방향 지시등(6)(7)과, 상기 정지등 스위치(1)를 통해 인가된 전원에 의해 구동되어 배터리 전원을 출력하는 제1, 2릴레이(8)(9)와, 상기 제1릴레이(8)로부터 출력된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 좌측 보조램프(12)를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제3릴레이(10)와, 상기 제2릴레이(9)로부터 출력된 전원을 인가받아 구동되어 우측 보조 램프(13)를 점등 또는 점멸하는 제4릴레이(11)를 포함하여 구성된 자동차의 보조 램프 제어 장치.
