Claims (13)

  1. 제제가 수성 매질에 있을 경우 제제로부터 방출될 수 있는 약제(A) 및 친수성 성분, 탄성 실리콘 중합체 및 조절 성분을 포함하는 부형제(B)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 성분이 프로필렌 글리콜, 액체 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 글리세롤 중에서 선택되고 부형제의 10 내지 30중량%로 존재함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체가 알킬하이드로겐 실로산 단위를 갖는 폴리실로산 및 이와 반응할 불표화 그룹을 갖는 폴리실로산과의 백금 또는 로듐 촉매의 하이드로실릴화 반응의 생성물임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절 성분이 (Ⅰ)분자당2개 이상의 하이드록실기를 갖는 유기물질 또는 (Ⅱ)수성 매질 중에 팽창되는 친수성 중합체임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유기물질(Ⅰ)이 분자량 1500이상의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 소비톨, 만니톨 및 락토오즈 중에서 선택되고 부형제의 5 내지 25중량%로 존재함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체(Ⅱ)가 가교결합되거나 되지않은 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 카복시메틸 셀룰로오스 및 나트륨 카복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 중에서 선택되고 부형제의 10 내지 45중량%로 존재함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 부형제가 pH 1 내지 4의 수성 매질 중의 친수성 중합체(Ⅱ)의 팽창에 효과적인 완충염의 30중량% 이하를 포함함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부형제가 제제의 생체 점착성에 기여하는 유기 물질을 포함함을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제제가 인체 또는 동물체에 투여되기 위해 입자, 마이크로 캡슐, 필름, 로드, 환제, 패드, 패치 또는 매트릭스임을 추가의 특징으로 하는 제제.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제(A)가 치료제 또는 진단제이고 항생제, 방부제, 소염제, 심장 혈관제, 향수소제, 기관지 확장제, 진통제, 향부정맥제, 향히스타민제, α-1 차단제, 베타 차단제, ACE저해제, 이뇨제, 항응집제, 진정제, 정신 안정제, 항경련제 및 항응고제, 비타민, 위궤양 및 십이지장 궤양 치료제, 단백질 분해효소, 치료 요소 및 펩티드 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 치료방법 또는 진단방법에 사용되는 제제.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 약제(A)가 0 내지 95, 바람직하게는 50중량부 이하이고, 친수성 성분 10 내지 35중량%, 실리콘 중합체 10 내지 60중량%, 및 가교결합되거나 되지않은 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 카복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 또는 나트륨 카복시 메틸 셀룰로오스 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 조절 성분 10 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 부형제(B)가 99.50 내지 5중량부인 비율로 성분 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 경구투여에 적합한 형태의 제제.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 약제(A)가 0.5 내지 80, 바람직하게는 40 내지 60중량부 이고, 친수성 성분 10내지 40중량% 실리콘 중합체 40 내지 80중량%, 및 분자량 1500 이상의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 소비톨, 만니톨 및 락토오즈 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 조절 성분 10 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 부형제(B)가 99.5 내지 40중량부인 비율로 성분 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 체강에 투여하기에 적합한 형태의 제제.
  13. 약제(A) 및 친수성 성분, 조절성분, 및 알킬하이드로겐 실록산 단위를 갖는 폴리실록산 및 이와 반응할 불포화 그룹을 갖는 폴리실록산을 포함한 백금 또는 로듐 촉매의 경화성 실리콘 조성물을 포함하는 부형제(B)를 제공하기 위해 경화가능한 제형을 혼합하고, 피복, 과립화, 성형, 압출 또는 실리콘 조성물이 경화함에 따라 혼합물을 성형시킴을 특징으로 하여 제1항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제를 제조하는 방법.
