제2도는 양면상에 적층된, 본 발명에 따른 다공막을 도시한다.
제3도는 다공막을 도포하기 전의 단층을 도시한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 활성을 유지시키는 생물학적으로 활성인 시약과 막이 접촉하고; 한면 이상의 지지체면상에서 유기용매계 접착제를 사용하여 지지체에 막이 적층되고; 최종농도가 0.05 내지 8%(w/w)인 음이온계 계면활성제가 막에 혼입된 습윤성 다공막을 함유함을 특징으로하는 진단분석시 유용한 고상장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공막이 니트로셀룰로오즈를 함유하며, 계면활성제의 최종농도는 0.1 내지 3.5%(w/w)인 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다공막이 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드를 함유하며, 계면활성제의 최종농도는 2.0 내지 5.0%(w/w)인 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 알킬 설페이트 또는 알킬 설폰산을 함유하며, 이때 알킬쇄의 탄소수는 1 내지 12인 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 1-펜탄 설폰산, 1-헵탄 설폰산, 1-옥탄 설폰산, 1-데칸 설폰산, 1-도데칸 설폰산 및 도데르실 설페이트중에서 계면활성제를 선택한 장치.
  6. (a)최종농도가 0.05 내지 8%(w/w)인 음이온계 계면활성제가 혼입된 다공막을, 유기용매체 접착제를 사용하여 지지체에 적충시키고; (b)막에 활성을 유지시키는 생물학적으로 활성인 시약과, 다공막상에서 국한된 부위를 접촉시킨는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 분석물의 존재 또는 양을 결정하기 위한 진단분석시 유용한 습윤성 고상 적층 지지체를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 알킬 설페이트 또는 알킬 설포네이트를 함유하며, 이때 알킬쇄의 탄소수는 1 내지 12인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 물 비히클용액으로부터 막에 혼입시키는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 다공막의 반대면을 적충시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  10. (a)리간드를 결합시킬 수 있는 리간드 수용체를 다공막상에서 국한된 부위에 고정시키고(이때,막은 유기용매계 접착제를 사용하여 지지체에 적충되고, 최종 농도가 0.05 내지 8%(w/w)인 음이온계 계면활성제가막에 혼입된다);(b) 단계(a)의 막상에서 국한된 부우를 샘플과 접촉시켜 리간드-리간드 수용체 복합체를 막상에 형성시키고;(c)분석물의 분량으로서 복합체의 존재 또는 양을 검출하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 습윤성 고상 다공막을 사용하여, 샘플내에서 특이하게 결합한 리단드의 존재 또는 양을 결정하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,접촉시키는 단계(b)가, 막을 샘플에 침지시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,접촉시키는 단계(b)가, 막의 한 말단부를 샘플과 접촉시키고 샘플을 막을 통해 워킹(wicking)시켜 샘플을 국한된 부위와 접촉시키는 단게를 포함하는 방법.
