Claims (7)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 이와 진단 및 종양치료용으로 적합한 방사성 금속이온과의 착염, 및 이와 무기산 및 유기산과의 염.
    상기식에서, R1,R2및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나,경우에 따라, 히드록실 그룹에 의해 치환된 C1-6알킬 라디칼이고;R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나, C1-6알킬, 아미노( C1-6)알킬, 카복시메틸, ( C1-6알콕시카보닐)메틸 또는 ( C1-6알콕시카보닐) 벤질 라디칼이고;R6은 C1-6알킬렌 라디킬이고;R7및 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나1-6알킬 라디칼이고;B 및 B′은 동일하거나 상이하며, 일반식(여기에서, Rx는 경우에 따라, R1또는 R2와 함께 트리메틸렌 또는 테트라메틸렌 그룹을 통해 폐환되며 5원 또는 6원환을 형성하는 C1-6알킬 라디칼이다)의 1 내지 3개의 히드록실 그룹에 의해 치환된 페닐, 나프틸, 2-머캅토페닐, 티에닐, 피롤릴 또는 니트로소메틸라디칼이고;A는 아미노, 히드라지노, 히드라지도, 카복시, C2-6알키닐, 알케닐, 히드록실, 아미노페닐, 옥시라닐, 불소화 페녹시카보닐, 할로겐, 포르밀, 니트릴 또는 페닐 이소티오시아네이트 라디칼이거나, 경우에 따라, 황산나트륨 라디칼에 의해 치환된 석신이미드 옥시카보닐라디칼인 작용기 C 이거나, A는 장해 또는 특정 조직중에서 선택적으로 축합되고, 작용기 C에 의해 결합된 화합물 T를 함유하고;여기에서, T는 모노클로성 항체, 이의 파편, 호프몬, 효소, 성장인자, 세포막 수용체용 리간드, 스테로이드, 신경전달체, 지질, 당류, 아미노산, 올리고펩티드 또는 비오틴이거나, 미소니다졸과 같은 방사능 감지성 부여제이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1,R2,R7및 R8이 수소원자이거나 메틸라디칼임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A에 함유된 작용기 C가 카복시, 아미노, C2-6알키닐, C2-6알케닐, 니트릴, 테트라히드로피라닐옥시, 옥시라닐, 아미노페닐 또는 페닐이소티오시아네이트라디칼이거나, C에 의해 결합된 화합물 T는 바람직하게는, 모노클론성 항체, 이의 파편, 비오틴 또는 미소니다졸임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. Tc, Re, Cu, Co, Ga, Y 및 In, 바람직하게는 Tc 및 Re의 배위결합된 방사성 이온을 함유하는, 제1항에 따른 금속 킬레이트.
  5. 생체내 진단 및 종양치료용으로 사용하기 위한, 제4항에 따른 킬레이트의 용도.
  6. 제1항에 다른 킬레이트중 하나 이상을, 경우에 따라, 종래의 갈렌산 부가물과 함께 함유하는 약제.
  7. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 1,3-프로판 디아민을 25내지 180℃에서 3일 6시간내에 극성 용매, 바람직하게는 에탄올중에서 또는 수분리기를 이용하여 비극성 용매, 바람직하게는 벤젠중에서 다음 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 아미노 그룹을 공지된 방법으로, 바람직하게는 25내지 100℃에서 0.5내지 24시간, 바람직하게는 2일 내에 극성 용매, 바람직하게는 메탄올-물 혼합물중에서 수소화붕소 나트륨을 사용하여 환원시키거나; 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 프로판 디아민을 다음 일반식(Ⅴ) 또는 (Ⅵ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나; 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 치환된 말론산 할로겐화물, 바람직하게는 염화말론산을 0내지 180℃, 바람직하게는 실온에서 2 내지 24시간, 바람직하게는 4시간 내에 트리에틸아민을 첨가하면서 비양자성 용매, 바람직하게는 디클로로메탄중에서 다음 일반식(Ⅷ) 또는 (Ⅸ)의 아민과 반응시키고, 아미드 그룹을 공지된 방법으로, 바람직하게는 25 내지 150℃에서 0.5 내지 24시간, 바람직하게는 8시간 내에 THF중의 보란 또는 비양자성 용매, 바람직하게는 디에틸에테르중의 수소화알루미늄리튬을 사용하여 상응하는 아미노 그룹으로 환원시키고, 경우에 따라, 아미노 그룹을 공지된 방법으로 알킬화시키고 보호기를 분리하고; 이렇게 하여 수득한 화합물을 보호성 이온, 예를들면 Cu착염 형태의 이온을 사용하여 보호한 후, 경우에 따라, 아미노 그룹에서 유리 작용기 C를 생성시키고, 경우에 따라, 생선된 화합물을 A내의 작용기 C를 통해 T화합물을 선택적으로 축합시키고, 경우에 따라, 방향족 치환체 B 및 B′을 방사성 동위원소와의 착염으로 형성시키고, 이미 생성물중에 존재하는 보호성 이온을 문현에서 공지된 방법으로 제거하고, Tc 또는 Re 동위원소를 사용하는 착염-형성 단계와 T를 커플링시키는 단계의 순서를 변화시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 의 화합물 및 이와 진단 및 종양치료에 적합한 방사성 금속이온과의 착염, 및 이와 무기산 및 유기산과의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나, 경우에 따라, 히드록실그룹에 의해 치환된 C1-6알킬라디칼이고; R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나 C1-6알킬, 아미노(C1-6)알킬, 카복시메틸, (C1-6알콕시 카보닐)메틸 또는 (C1-6알콕시카보닐)벤질라디칼이고; R6은 C1-6알킬렌라디칼이고; R7및 R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자이거나 C1-6알킬 라디칼이고; B 및 B′은 동일하거나 상이하며, 일반식(여기에서, RX는, 경우에 따라, R1또는 R2와 함께 트리케틸렌 또는 테트라메틸렌 그룹을 통해 폐환되며 5원 또는 6원환을 형성하는 C1-6알킬 라디칼이다)의 1 내지 3개의 히드록실 그룹에 의해 치환된 페닐, 나프틸, 2-머캅토페닐, 티에닐, 피롤릴 또는 니트로소메틸라디칼이고;A는 아미노, 히드라지노, 히드라지도, 카복시, C1-6알키닐, 알케닐, 히드록실, 아미노페닐, 옥시라닐, 불소화 페녹시카보닐, 할로겐, 포르밀, 니트릴 또는 페닐이소티오시아네이트 라디칼이건, 경우에 따라, 황산나트륨 라디칼에 의해 치환된 석신이미드 옥시카보닐라디칼인 작용기 C이거나, A는 장해 또는 특정 조직중에서 선택적으로 축합되고, 작용기 C에 의해 결합된 화합물 T를 함유하고; 여기에서, T는 모노클론성 항체, 이의 파편, 호르몬, 효소, 성장인자, 세포막 수용체용 리간드, 스테로이드, 신경절달체, 지질, 당류, 아미노산, 올리고펩티드 또는 비오틴이거나, 미소니다졸과 같은 방사능 감지성 부여제이고; X는 할로겐원자이고; 단, 일반식(Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)에서 R1과 R2는 동일하고 B와 B′은 동일하고 R1과 R2, B 및 B′은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같고, 일반식(Ⅴ) 및 (Ⅵ)에서 B 와 B′은 동일하고 B 및 B′은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같고 B에서 히드록실, 머캅토 및 아미노 그룹은 보호된 형태로 존재하고 X는 바람직하게는 염소원자이고, 일반식 (Ⅶ)에서 B에서 히드록실 그룹은 보호된 형태로 존재하고, 일반식(Ⅷ)및 (Ⅸ)에서 R1과 R2는 동일하고 R7과 R8은 동일하고 B 와 B′은 동일하고 R1,R2,R7,R8,B 및 B′은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
