Claims (6)
- 인 함량이 0.1-10중량%인 폴리스티렌 수지를 황산화 반응시켜, 유황을 0.1-10 중량% 함유하는 인기능기를 갖는 폴리스티렌 수지를 합성한 다음, 로듐 화합물을 0.1-15중량% 담지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소 반응용 폴리스티렌 담지 로듐 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황산화 반응이 진한 황산을 사용하여 온도 15-130℃로 1-72시간 처리하는 것인, 오소 반응용 폴리스티렌 담지 로듐 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물이 Rh(C2H4)2(C5H7O2), [RhCl(C2H4)2]2, RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2, [RhCl(CO)2]2, RhCl(PPh3)3, Rh6(CO)16, RhH(CO)(PPh3)3, Rh(C5H7O2)3, RhBr32H2O, RhCl3, RhCl3. xH2O, RhI3, Rh2O3.5H2O 및 Rh4(CO)12로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 로듐염, 로듐카르보닐 또는 로듐알킬 화합물인, 옥소 반응용 포리스티렌 담지 로듐 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유황을 0.1-10중량% 함유하는 인 기능기를 갖는 폴리스티렌 수지를 수산 화나트륨으로 처리한 후, 로듐화합물을 0.1-15중량% 담지시키는, 옥소 반응용 폴리스티렌 담지 로듐 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법으로 합성한 촉매를, 수용액상 또는 유기용매상에서 온도 20-150℃, 1-50기압하에 올레핀의 옥소 반응에 사용하는, 폴리스티렌 수지 담지 로듐 촉매의 사용방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 올레핀의 옥소반응시 트리페닐 포스핀을 촉매내의 로듐 중량에 대하여 0.01-10중량% 첨가하여 사용하는, 폴리스티렌 수지 담체 로듐 촉매의 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
