Claims (17)
- 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카-알라미나 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 담체를 물과 네오산을 거의 함유하지 않는 네오산은염의 탄화수소 용액으로 함침시키는 단계(a)와 전술한 용액으로부터(a)의 함침담체를 분리시킨다음, 전술한 분리담체를 생(生)활성은촉매가 제조될 수 있는 충분한 시간동안 분자산소의 존재하에 가열시키는 단계(b)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산화에틸렌으로의 에틸렌의 산화에 적합한 담체부착-은촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 은염이 탄소원자수 7개이상의 네오산은염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 은염이 네오데칸산은임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 은염을 톨루엔, 크실렌, 에틸벤젠, 시클로헥산 및 쿠멘으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 탄화수소 용매중에 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 은염 용액이 수분을 약 0.1%미만으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 활성촉매중의 은함량이 약 15중량%이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1에 있어서, 전술한 담체의 표면적이 약 2㎡/g이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 은화합물과 전술한 네오산을 가용화제의 존재하에 반응시켜 전술한 은염을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전술한 가용화제가 에탄올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전술한 은염을 분리시키기 위하여 침전제를 도입시켜 은염을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전술한 분리시킨 은염을 세척하여 유리산을 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 네오산과 알카리 금속수산화물을 반응시켜 전술한 네오산의 알카리금속염을 형성시킨 다음 전술한 알카리금속염을 은화합물과 반응시켜 전술한 네오산의 은염을 형성시킴으로써 전술한 은염을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(b)의 활성화 촉매를 Cs, K 및 Rb으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 알카리금속의 화합물 용액으로 후- 함침시키는 단계와 전술한 최종제품 촉매 각1㎏당 전술한 알카리금속을 약 8x10-3gew이하로 함유하는 최종제품 촉매를 제조하는 단계(c)들을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)의 함침용액에 Cs, K 및 Rb으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 알카리금속인 네오산의 알카리 금속염을 전술한 최종제품 촉매 각 1㎏당 전술한 알카리 금속을 약 8x10-3gew 이하로 함유하는 최종제품 촉매가 제조될 수 있는 충분한 양으로 첨가시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 전술한 알카리 금속이 세슘임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 전술한 알카리 금속함량이 전술한 최종제품 촉매 1㎏당 약(1내지 6)x10-3gew 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 분자산소에 의한 산화에틸렌으로의 에틸렌의 산화 방법.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
