Claims (12)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산소분자 존재하에서 촉매량 만큼의 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 촉매와 접촉시키는 반응 단계를 거쳐 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 제조하는 증기상 제법.상기 일바식에서R 내지 R˝´는 각각 독립하여 수소 또는 C1-C4 알킬 레디칼이고,M은 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘중 적어도 1개이며,X는 바륨, 란타늄, 칼ㄻ, 알루미늄, 은, 카드뮴,티타늄, 탈륨, 수은 , 납 및 아연중 저겅도 1개이고, M´a〉인 경우, 철, 코발트, 니ㅔㄹ, 스트론륨, 망간, 이듐, 탄탈륨, 게르마늄 황 배릴륨중 적어도 2개이ㅕ.a 는 0 내지 약 2의 수이고, 또b 는 기타 존재원소의 원자가를 맞추기 위한 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서 M이 칼륨 또는 루비듐인 제법.
- 제2항에 있어서 X가 바륨, 수은, 탈륨, 납인 제법.
- 제2항에 있어서 X가 바륨 수은 또는 납인 제법.
- 제4항에 있어서 a가 0인 제법/
- 제4항에 있어서 A〉0인 제법.
- 제6항에 이어서 M´가 철, 코발트, 탄탈륨 또는 게르마늄 제법.
- 제7항에서 있어서 일반식(Ⅰ)ㅇ서의 인의 밑글자가 약 0.5 내지 1.35, 알카리그목(M)의 밑글자가약 0.8 내지 2, 구리의 밑글자가 약 0.1 내지 0.8 바나듐의 밑글자가약 0.1내지 0.8이고 또 X의 밑굴자가 약 0.02 내지 0.5인 제법
- 제8항에 있어서 촉매가 100% 활성 형태인 제법.
- 제8항에 있어서 촉매가 지지체로 희석된 제법.
- 제10항에 있어서 지지체가 저표면적 알루미나안 제법.
- 제11항에 있어서 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물이 이소부틸산인 제접※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
