Claims (10)
- 가스상의 이소부틸알데히드를 하기 실험식의 조성물의 촉매량이 존재하고 산화조건하에서 산소분자와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 이소부틸 알데히드를 산화하여 메타아크릴산을 제조하는 방법.Mo12P0 ·01-3Cu0·01-2V0·01-3M0·1-3M'0·01-2OX (I)여기서 M은 적어도 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨중의 하나.M'는 마그네슘 칼슘 스트론튬, 바륨, 니오브 안티몬 중의 하나이상:(X는 존재하는 다른 원소의 요구원자가를 만족시키는 양의 정수).
- 제1항에 있어서, M가 칼륨 루비듐 또는 세슘인 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, M'가 적어도 안티몬, 바륨 및 니오브중의 하나이상인 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서 일반식(I)에서 인산의 밑가(subscript value)는 약 0.8 내지 1.5구리는 약 0.2 내지 0.8바나듐은 약 0.2 내지 0.8M는 1 내지 3,M'은 약 0.1 내지 1.5인 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 일반식(1)의 조성물은 지지체와 사용된 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 접촉은 약 250 내지 2400℃에서 작용하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 접촉은 약 300° 내지 350℃에서 작용하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 증기의 존재하에서 작용하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산소분자와 이소부틸알데히드의 몰비는 약 1 내지 5인 제조방법.
