Claims (7)
- 알킬치환된 헤테로 방향족 화합물을 분자상 산소 및 암모니아로 하기 구성의 촉매 존재하에 촉매 반응시켜, 헤테로 방향족 니트릴을 제조하는 방법.Mo(p)x (A)y(B)z(0)w (Ⅰ)위의 조성식애서, x,y,z 및 w는 몰리브덴에 대한 인, A,B 및 산소의 원자비를 나타내며, (ⅰ) x 및 z는 모두 0이고, y는 0.1 내지 5이고, A는 세리움 또는 텅스텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1이상의 원소이거나, (ⅱ)x는 0.1 내지 7이고 y는 0 내지 5이고, z는 0 내지 5이고, A는 세리움, 망간 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1이상의 기이고, B는 탈리움, 티타니움, 니오비움 및 알루미니움으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1이상의 원소이거나, (ⅲ)x는 0.5 내지 7이고, y는 0 내지 5이고, z는 0.01 내지 2이고, A는 세리움, 망간 및 텅스텅으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1이상의 원소이고, B는 바나디움이고, W는, 물리브덴, 인, 원소 A, 원소 B의 원자가와 X,Y 및 Z의 값으로 부터 결정된다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알킬치환된 화합물이 알킬치환된 피리딘 및 알킬칙환된 피라진으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1이상의 화합물인 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 알킬 치확된 피리딘이 디알킬 치환된 피리딜인, 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 알킬치환된 피라진이 디알킬치환된 피라진인, 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 촉매를 담체상에 실려 실시하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 담체가 ??-알루미나 또는 실리콘카바이드인, 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 반응온도를 300℃ 내지 650℃에서 실시하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
