Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식 (I)으로 표시되는 아미노 케톤 유도체.식중, R1은 또는이고 (식중, R6할로겐 원자, 저급 알킬기, 벤질기, 벤조일기, 피리딜기; 하나 이상의 저급 알킬기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 푸릴기; 하나 이상의 저급 알킬기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 티엔일기; 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자 및/또는 하나 이상의 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노, 니트로, 아미노, 디메틸아미노, 아세트아미도, 메탄술포닐아미도, 아세틸 및/또는 저급 알콕시카르보닐기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기, 또는 나프틸기 이고, R7및 R8은 독립적으로 페닐 또는 저급 알킬기이며, Z는 산소 또는 황 원자이다.) ; R2는 수소원자, 저급알킬, 벤질, 메톡시, 페닐, 알릴, 트리플루오로메틸- 또는 저급 알콕시- 치환 저급 알킬, 또는 시클로프로필메틸기를 나타내며, R3은 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기이거나, R2및 R3는 함께 결합되어 5원 또는 6원 지방족 고리형 기를 형성하고; R4및 R5는 독립적으로 포화 또는 불포화 저급 알킬기를 나타내거나, R4및 R5는 함께 고리형으로 결합되어 피롤리딘, 피페리딘, 헥사메틸렌이미드, 모르폴린 및 피레라진 구조로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 고리형 구조를 형성하며, 상기 고리형 구조는 하나 이상의 메틸, 아세틸 및 벤질기에 의해 일의로 치환될 수 있다.
- 제1항에 따르는 아미노케톤 유도체의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
- 제1항에 따르는 아미노케톤 유도체 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 중추계 작용 근육 이완제.
- 제1항에 따른 아미노케톤 유도체 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효성분으로서 함유하는 요의 빈삭치료제.
- 제1항에 따르는 아미노케톤 유도체 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 근육의 중추계 작용성 이완 방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 아미노게톤 유도체 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 투여하는 것을 특징으로하는, 주된 증상으로서 경련성 마비, 또는 운동 기관 질환으로 인한 동통성 근육 경련을 나타내는 질병의 치료 방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 아미노케톤 유도체 또는 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 요의빈삭의 치료방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
