Claims (11)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 말론산 유도체를 알칼리 가수분해에 의하여 다음 일반식(III)의 시아노시클로 알킬 말론산 유도체로 전환시키고, 바로 또는 다음 일반식(IV)의 중간체를 경유하여 탈카르복실화시킨다음, 니트릴기를 촉매존재하에 수소화시키고, 그후 주생성물로서 또는 부산물로서 형성될 수 있는 다음 일반식(V)의 락탐을 가수분해에 의하여 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 염으로 전환시키거나 일반식(I)로 얻어진 화합물로부터 분리한다음 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I)의 고리 아미노산 유도체 및 약리적으로 허용되는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서 R은 탄소원자수 5개까지 함유하는 알킬라디칼이며 n은 1, 2, 또는 3임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탈카르복실화반응을 용융물에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탈카르복실화반응을 불활성 유기용매에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 가수분해를 알코올 용액에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화반응을 알코올 용액내 50KPa의 상승압력 및 상온 -80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화반응을 탈카르복실화반응후 및 분리공정단계로 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1하에 있어서, 수소화반응을 일반식(III)의 화합물로부터 출발하여 알코올 용액내 압력 1-50KPa 및 온도80℃이상에서 촉매존재하에 탈카르복실화반응 및 일반식(IV)의 중간체 회피와 함께 통상의 공정단계로 수행하며 따라서 상기 일반식(III)의 화합물을 바로 일반식(V)의 화합물로 전환시킨다음 제2공정단계로 가수분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리 아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 따른 최종 가수분해 단계가 생략된 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(V)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  9. 니트릴기를 환원시키지 않는 조건하에 제1항에 따른 상기 일반식(III)의 화합물을 탈카르복실화 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(IV)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 따른 상기 일반식(IV)의 화합물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(IV)의 n이 2인 것을 특징으로하는 일반식(IV)의 화합물.
