Claims (2)
- 모체인 산화이트륨(Y2O3)1몰에 대하여 부활제로서 유로퓸의 양은 0.01내지 0.35몰이고, 융제 로서 탄산나트륨의 양은 0.1 내지 1.2몰, 불화나트륨의 양은 0.002내지 0.2몰, 붕산의 양은 0.002 내지 0.2몰의 범위에서 각각 첨가하여 된 원료물질을 충분히 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 1200 내지 1300℃의 소성온도에서 2내지 3시간동안 소성한 뒤, 이 소성물을 순수로 세정하여 여과하고 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융제로서 탄산나트륨의 양이 0.2 내지 0.4몰, 불화나트륨의 양이 0.025내지 0.1몰 붕산의 양이 0.018 내지 0.07몰의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
