Claims (2)

  1. Y3Al5O12: Tb의 합성시에 있어서, BaF2나 BACl2또는 그 혼합물인 융제(融劑)를 사용하여 밀폐상태에서 소성하고, 그리고 얻어진 생성물을 산 또는 알칼리로 세정하여 Y3Al5O12: Tb를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색형광체의 제조방법.
