Claims (12)

  1. 성분원소의 총합을 100wt.%로 할때, 디클로르트리 플루오르에탄 기의 불화염화탄화수소가 99.5 내지 50.0wt.%이며 2 내지 3개의 탄소로 된 알칸올이 0.5 내지 50.0wt.%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분원소의 총합을 100wt.%로 할때, 불화염화탄화수소가 99.5 내지 65.0wt.%이며 알칸올은 0.5 내지 35.0wt.%로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제1 및 2항중의 한 항에 있어서, 불화염화탄화수소는 1.1-디클로르-2.2.2-트리플루오르에탄(=R123)임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중의 한 항에 있어서, 알칸올은 에탄올 및 이소프로판올임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중의 한 항에 있어서, 성분원소의 총합을 100wt.%로 할 때 99.5 내지 98.0wt.%의 1.1-디클로르-2.2.2-트리플루오르에탄 (=R123) 및 0.5 내지 2.0wt.%의 에탄올로 구성된 아제오트로프 유사성질을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 약98.9wt.%의 1.1-디클로르-2.2.2-트리플루오르에탄 (=R123) 및 1.1wt.%의 에탄올로 구성된 아제오트로프 화합물은 1기압하에서 비등점이 약 27.1℃임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  7. 제1 내지 4항중의 한 항에 있어서, 아제오트로프 유사성질의 화합물은 99.5 내지 98.0wt.%의 1.1-디클로르-2.2.2-트리플루오르에탄 (=R123) 및 0.5 내지 2.0wt.%의 이소프로판올로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 약99.0wt.%의 1.1-디클로르-2.2.2-트리플루오르에탄(=R123) 및 1.0wt.%의 이소프로판올의 아제오트로프 유사성질을 가진 화합물은 1기압하에서 약 27.7℃의 비등점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중의 적당한 한 항에 있어서, 첨가되는 안정제는 총화합물의 0.01 내지 5wt.% 특히 0.05 내지 1wt.%인 니트로알칸, 알킬에녹시드 및/또는 알칸올 임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중의 적당한 한 항에 있어서, 담금에 의해 또는 분무시켜 세정하거나 증기탈지에 의해 세정됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 사용방법.
  11. 제1 내지 9항의 화합물로 사물의 표면을 처리함에 있어서, 표면을 세정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 더럽거나 인쇄된 금속 도체판의 표면을 땜납용제나 또는 땜납용제잔사로 세정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
