Claims (9)

1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탈 60∼90중량%, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄 9~33중량% 및 메탄올 1~7중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄 75∼82중량%, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타프라루오로부탄 15~21중량% 및 메탄올 3~4중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
제2항에 있어서, 상압하에 비점이 29.1℃인 공비 혼합물 형태인 조성물.
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 안정제를 더 함유하는 조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 안정제가 니트로알칸일 조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 안정제의 비율이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄 +1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄+메탄올의 혼합물의 총중량에 대해 0.01~5%인 조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 안정체가 니트로알칸이며 그 비율이 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄 +1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄+메탄올의 혼합물의 총중량에 대해 0.01~5%인 조성물.
제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 고체 표면 응 세정 및/또는 건조용으로서의 용도.
제8항에 있어서, 인쇄 회로의 탈융제용 및 기계 성분의 탈지용으로서의 용도.
