Description
A 6 B6 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作杜印製 五、發明説明(1) 本發明是有關一種能應用於乾燥、清潔、去油污和乾 洗固體表面的新穎組成物,特別在印刷電路的去焊接劑( def luxing)和冷凍清潔上。 1,1,2 -三氣基一 1,2,2 —三氟基乙烷(在 商品中被命名為F113)被大量應用在工業上,用以對 固體表面清潔及去油酯。除了應用在電子技術中,清潔焊 接劑,移去附著於印刷電路版上的酸洗液外,它也可應用 於重金屬成分的去油污和高品質高精確性的機械元件的清 潔,如迴轉儀和軍隊或太空用硬體。在多種的應用中, F 1 1 3通常和其它有機溶劑配合使用(如甲醇),而以 其共沸物或假共沸物的形式存在,且不會分層。用於回流 時氣相與液相擁有相同的組成。 但F 1 1 3是靥於完全鹵代的氛氟碩化物,目前被懷 疑為破壞及分解大氣臭氧層的主因。 根照本發明,以F 1 1 3為主的組成物可以被新的1 ,1, 1, 3, 3—五氟丁烷、甲醇及1,1一二氣_1 一氟基乙烷為主的組成物所取代。後者化合物,在商品中 命名為F 1 4 1 b,其實際上不會對臭氧層造成破痰。1 ,1, 1, 3,3_五氟丁烷亦有同樣情形,其在商品中 命名為F 365mf c。 本發明中之組成物含有以重量計算6 0〜9 0%的 F141b, 9 〜33% 的 F365mfc 和 1-7% 的 甲醇。在此組成範圍中,共沸物在常態大氣壓( 1. 013巴)的沸點為29.ιυ,而本發明的組成物 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度遑用中國Η家樣準(CNS)甲4規格(210x297公*) 81. 5· 20,000(H) -3 - A 6 B6 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(2) 有假共沸物的性質,亦即氣相與液相的組成實質上相同, 這對所欲的應用是特別有利的。F 14 lb之含量較佳為 選自以重量計算75〜82%,而F365含量則為15 〜21%重,而甲醇為3_4%重。 本發明的組成物而另一項主要的優點,為在測量之標 準狀態(ASTM標準D 3828)下不會有任何的閃 點,因此此組成物是不可燃的。 F 1 4 1 b/F 365mf c/甲醇/的共沸物是正 共沸物,因為其沸點(29.
