Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有60~90%(重量)1,1-二
氯-1-氟乙烷(F141b),9~33%(重量)1,1,1,3,3-
五氟丁烷(F365mfc)和1~7%(重量)甲醇的组合
物,用于代替以1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷
(F113)为基质的清洗用组合物。上述三种化合物形
成一种正共沸混合物(沸点:29.1℃,常压)。本发明
组合物(需要时可添加稳定剂)可用于清洗和/或干
燥固体表面,尤其用于印刷电路板助焊剂的清洗以及
机械零件的油垢的清除。
Description
本发明涉及氟代和氯氟代烃领域。更具体地讲,本发明的目的是提供一种表现为共沸混合物并可用于对固体表面进行干燥、清洗、除油垢以及干洗,尤其用于印刷电路助焊剂的清洗以及印刷电路的冷洗的新组合物。
1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷(行业中称为F113)在工业上广泛用于固体表面的清洗以及除油垢。它除了在电子工业上用于清洗印刷电路上残留的助焊剂,还可以用于重金属零件的除油垢,以及高精度、高质量的机械零件,例如陀螺仪、航空及军事设备的清洗。在这些不同的应用中,F113经常和其它有机溶剂(如甲醇)一起使用,最好以共沸或假共沸混合物的形式使用,它们不分层,在回流下使用时汽相和液相基本上具有相同的组成。
然而,F113属于全卤代的氯氟烃,目前这类化合物被怀疑会侵蚀和破坏同温层臭氧。
为了解决上述问题,本发明建议用一种以1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、甲醇和1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷为基质的新组合物代替以F113为基质的组合物。1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(在行业中称为F141b)实际对于臭氧没有破坏作用。对于1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(在行业中称为F365mfc)来说也是同样的。
本发明所使用的组合物含有60~90%(重量)F141b,9~33%(重量)F365mfc和1~7%(重量)甲醇。在此范围内,存在一种常压(1.013巴)下沸点为29.1℃的共沸混合物,并且本发明组合物具有假共沸混合物的特征,即组合物的汽相和液相基本上相同,这一特点特别有利于所针对的用途。最好,F141b的含量选定为75~82%(重量),F365mfc的含量为15~21%(重量),而甲醇的含量为3~4%(重量)。
本发明组合物的另一个重要的优点是,在标准检测(ASTM-D3828)条件下不具有闪点,因而,该组合物不易燃。
F141b/F365mfc/甲醇共沸混合物是一种正共沸混合物,因为其沸点(29.1℃)低于各组分的沸点(F141b:32℃;F365mfc:40℃;甲醇:65℃)。
与使用以F113为基质的组合物一样,为了使在清洗过程中当遇到可能出现的水解和/或自由基进攻时更加稳定,可以添加一种常用的稳定剂,例如硝基烷,稳定剂的用量可占总重量(F141b+F365mfc+甲醇)的0.01~5%。
本发明组合物可以以同样的技术用于以F113为基质的已知组合物的所有应用领域。
下面用具体实施例解释本发明,但不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:共沸混合物的证实
向一蒸馏塔(30塔板)的沸化器中加入100克F365mfc、100克甲醇和100克F141b。全回流混合物1小时使系统平衡。在温度达到29.1℃时,取出一馏分(约50克)进行气相色谱分析。
下表列出了分析结果,表明存在F141b/F365mfc/甲醇共沸混合物。

实施例2:共沸混合物的检测
向一绝热蒸馏塔(30塔板)的沸化器中加入200克含有79.5%(重量)F141b,17.1%(重量)F365mfc和3.4%(重量)甲醇的混合物。将混合物加热回流1小时使系统平衡,取出约50克馏分进行气相色谱分析,对剩余馏分也进行了同样的分析。下表中列出了分析结果,表明有正共沸混合物存在,因为其沸点低于各单独组分(F141b、F365mfc、甲醇)的沸点。

用该共沸混合物清洗助焊剂或去除机械零件油垢得到了良好的效果。
实施例3:用硝基甲烷稳定的组合物
向一超声波清洗槽中加入150克含有79.4%(重量)F141b、17.1%(重量)F365mfc、3.4%(重量)甲醇和0.1%(重量)作为稳定剂的硝基甲烷的混合物。系统回流1小时后,取出一部分汽相物质。气相色谱分析表明有硝基甲烷存在,这就表明汽相中混合物是稳定的。

实施例4:助焊剂的清洗
向一超声波清洗容器(Annemasse)中加入200克F141b/F365mfc/甲醇共沸混合物,加热至沸点温度。
将涂有助焊剂并在烘箱中于220℃下二次硬化过30秒钟的标准印刷电路(IPC-B-25型)在超声波下浸入沸腾的液体中3分钟,然后在汽相中清洗3分钟。
空气干燥后,低角度照明下目检,助焊剂全部消失。因此,得到了与用F113-甲醇(93.7%-6.3%)组合物清洗助焊剂时完全相同的效果。
Claims (8)
1、含有60~90%(重量)1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、9~33%(重量)1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和1~7%(重量)甲醇的组合物。
2、权利要求1的组合物,其特征在于含有75~82%(重量)1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、15~21%(重量)1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和3~4%(重量)甲醇。
3、权利要求2的组合物,其特征在于以共沸混合物的形式存在,常压下沸点为29.1℃。
4、权利要求1~3之一的组合物,其特征在于还含有至少一种稳定剂。
5、权利要求4的组合物,其特征在于稳定剂是硝基烷。
6、权利要求4或5的组合物,其特征在于稳定剂占由1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和甲醇组成的混合物总重量的0.01~5%。
7、权利要求1~6之一的组合物在清洗和/或干燥固体表面方面的应用。
8、权利要求7的在清洗印刷电路的助焊剂和清除机械零件的油垢方面的应用。
