Abstract

为了代替以1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷 (F113)为主要成分的清洗组合物,本发明提出了一种 组合物,它包含60~98.9%(重量)1,1-二氯-1-氟乙 烷(F141b)、0.1~39%(重量)二氯甲烷和1~39.9% (重量)甲醇。该组合物可被任意地稳定,它可用于固 体表面的清洗,特别是用于印刷电路板的脱除焊剂和 机械部件的脱脂。

Description

本发明涉及氟氯代烃领域,更具体地讲,本发明的目的是一种可用作固体表面的清洗和脱脂剂的新组合物,该组合物尤其可用于印刷电路板的脱除焊剂和冷清洗。
1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷(在本领域称为F113)在工业中广泛用于固体表面的清洗和脱脂。它除了在电子领域用于清洗焊剂以除去粘在印刷电路板上的焊剂外,还可用于使重金属制件脱脂以及清洗高质量和高精度的机械部件例如陀螺仪和军用器材或航空航天器材。在F113的各种应用中,最经常的是将它与其它有机溶剂(例如甲醇)一起使用,最好是以共沸或准共沸混合物的形式一起使用,该混合物不会分层并且当用于回流时在汽相和液相中具有基本上相同的组成。
然而,F113属于全卤代的氟氯代烃,目前怀疑它会侵蚀或破坏同温臭氧层。
为了解决这个问题,已提出用各种含氢的氟氯代烃特别是1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷代替F113。该化合物在本领域被称为F141b,它对臭氧实际上没有破坏作用。
它在清洗方面的应用最近已发表在许多出版物中,其中大部分是涉及以F141b和一种或多种溶剂为主要成分的共沸或准共沸组合物;参见例如日本专利申请公报No.124195/87(F141b+正丙醇)、124196/87(F141b+甲基环己烷)、124197/87(F141b+3-甲基-1-丁炔-3-醇)、124198/87(F141b+乙腈+正丙醇、异丁醇或2-丁醇)、127398/87(F141b+乙酸异丙酯+异丁醇)、132539/89(F141b+甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、四氢呋喃或甲乙酮+稳定剂)、欧洲专利申请EP  0325265(F141b+甲醇或乙醇)以及美国专利US  4816174和4842764(F141b+甲醇+任选的硝基甲烷)。
更一般地来说,有关脱除焊剂的清洗剂的日本专利申请公报No.132693/89提出,可以在F141b中加入一种或多种选自烃类、醇类、酮类和氯代烃的有机溶剂。该文献提出了一百多种这类溶剂,但具体举例说明的几种是正庚烷、甲醇、丙酮和三氯乙烯,它们以75%F141b和25%共溶剂的二元组合物的形式存在。
二元化合物F141b+甲醇的清洗能力不总是足够的,对于某些应用,似乎常常需要加入另一种溶剂来增强它。选择该另一种溶剂并不是一件显而易见的事,因为同时要求该清洗组合物不易燃并具有准共沸特性。
现已发现,可以用二氯甲烷达到这个效果。本发明的清洗组合物的特征在于它包含60~98.9%(重量)F141b、1~39.9%(重量)甲醇和0.1~39%(重量)二氯甲烷。
更具体优选的是,该组合物包含80~90%(重量)F141b、1~15%(重量)甲醇和5~19%(重量)二氯甲烷。
虽然这三个组分未形成真正的共沸混合物,但它们的混合物在与以F113为主要成分的组合物相同的条件下可用于清洗机。事实上,本发明组合物的主要优点之一在于下列出人意料的事实,即无论每种组分的比例如何,汽相组成与液相组成基本上相同。这个性能使得能够调整该清洗组合物的溶解能力,因此使其适合不同的待清洗和待脱脂表面。
本发明的组合物在标准的测定条件下没有闪点,因此可以安全地使用。
正如在已知的以F113为主要成分的组合物中一样,本发明的组合物比较有利的是可以通过向其中加入一种常用的稳定剂例如硝基甲烷、环氧丙烷或它们的混合物来稳定化,以防止在清洗过程中可能发生的水解和/或游离基进攻,与F141b+二氯甲烷+甲醇的总重量相比,稳定剂的比例可以为0.01~5%。
本发明的组合物可用于与先有的以F113为主要成分的组合物同样的应用中并采用同样的技术。
下列实施例说明本发明但并不限制本发明。
实施例1
在一个Annemasse超声波清洗池中,以下表中所列的比例加入F141b、二氯甲烷和甲醇的混合物。然后将该混合物全回流1小时以使该体系达到平衡,用注射器在该机器收集冷凝液的槽中取几毫升样品。将收集的馏分以及池中内容物的样品冷却后,用气相色谱进行分析。
下表列出了在三个相应于不同的本发明混合物的试验中得到的结果。它们的研究表明,初始混合物、收集的馏分(汽相)和池底的组成(重量%)基本上相同。

为了对比,重复试验1,但用其它的氯代烃,即1,1,1-三氯乙烷(T111)、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯(TRI)和全氯乙烯(PER)代替二氯甲烷。
在下表中所列的结果的研究表明,与二氯甲烷相反,这些氯代烃使得汽相的组成明显不同于液相的组成。

实施例2
在一个超声波清洗池中,加入150g含86.3%(重量)F141b、10%(重量)二氯甲烷、3.6%(重量)甲醇和0.1%(重量)作为稳定剂的硝基甲烷的混合物。使该体系回流1小时后,取样一部分汽相作为试样。其气相色谱分析表明存在硝基甲烷,这说明该混合物在汽相中是稳定的。

实施例4
在一个Annemasse超声波池中,加入200g试验1的组合物,然后将该混合物加热至沸腾温度。
将涂有焊剂并在220℃的烘箱中退火30秒的印刷电路板在超声波下浸入该沸腾液体3分钟,然后在汽相中漂洗3分钟。
经空气干燥后,观察到完全不存在焊剂残留物。

Claims (7)

1、清洗组合物,包含60~98.9%(重量)1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、0.1~39%(重量)二氯甲烷和1~39.9%(重量)甲醇。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,含有80~90%(重量)1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、5~19%(重量)二氯甲烷和1~15%(重量)甲醇。
3、根据权利要求1或2的组合物,还包含至少一种稳定剂。
4、根据权利要求3的组合物,其中所述稳定剂是硝基甲烷、环氧丙烷或它们的混合物。
5、根据权利要求3或4的组合物,其中与1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷+二氯甲烷+甲醇的混合物的总重量相比,稳定剂的比例为0.01~5%。
6、权利要求1~5中任何一项的组合物清洗固体表面的应用。
7、根据权利要求6的应用,用于印刷电路板的脱除焊剂和机械部件的脱脂。
