Abstract

本发明提供了一种含93~99%(重量)的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(F365mfc)和7~1%(重量)甲醇的组合物,用于代替以1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷(F113)为基质用于清洗的组合物。上述两种化合物可形成一种正共沸混合物(沸点:36.5℃,常压)。该组合物(需要时可添加稳定剂)可用于清洗和/或干燥固体表面,尤其用于清洗印刷电路的助焊剂和清除机械零件的油垢。

Description

本发明涉及氟代烃领域。更具体地讲,本发明的目的是提供一种呈共沸混合物的、用于对固体表面进行干燥、清洗、除油垢以及干洗,尤其用于印刷电路助焊剂的清洗以及印刷电路的冷洗的新组合物。
1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷(在行业中称为F113)在工业上广泛用于固体表面的清洗和除油垢。它除了在电子工业上用于清洗印刷电路上残留的助焊剂,还可以用于重金属零件的除油垢,以及高精度、高质量的机械零件,例如,陀螺仪,航空及军事设备的清洗。在这些不同的应用中,F113经常和其它有机溶剂(如甲醇)一起使用,最好以共沸或假共沸混合物的形式使用,它们不分层,在回流下使用时汽相和液相基本上具有相同的组成。
然而,F113属于全卤代的氯氟烃,目前这类化合物被怀疑会侵蚀或破坏同温层臭氧。
为了解决上述问题,本发明建议用一种以甲醇和1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷为基质的新组合物代替以F113为基质的组合物。1,1,1,3,3-五氯丁烷(在行业中称为F365mfc)对臭氧没有破坏作用。
本发明所使用的组合物含有93~99%(重量)F365mfc和7~1%(重量)甲醇。在该范围内,存在一种常压(1.013巴)下沸点温度为36.5℃的共沸混合物,并且本发明组合物具有假共沸混合物特性,即该组合物在汽相和液相中组成基本相同,这点最益于所针对的应用。最好,F365mfc的含量选定为96~97(重量),甲醇的含量介干3~4%(重量)之间。
F365mfc/甲醇共沸混合物是一种正共沸混合物,因为它的沸点(36.5℃)低于两种组分的沸点(F365mfc:40℃;甲醇:65℃)。
与使用以F113为基质的组合物一样,为了使在清洗过程中当遇到可能出现的水解和/或自由基进攻时更加稳定,可以添加一种常用的稳定剂,例如硝基烷,稳定剂的用量可占总重量(F365mfc+甲醇)的0.01~5%。
本发明组合物可以以同样的技术用于以F113为基质的已知组合物的所有应用领域。
下面用实施例解释本发明,但不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:共沸混合物的证实
向一蒸馏塔(30塔板)的沸化器中加入100克甲醇和100克F365mfc。全回流混合物1小时使系统平衡。在温度达到36.6℃时,取出约50克馏分进行气相色谱分析。
下表列出了分析结果,表明存在F365mfc/甲醇共混混合物。

实施例2:共沸混合物的检测
向一绝热蒸馏塔(30塔板)的沸化器中加入200克含有96.2%(重量)F365mfc和3.8%(重量)甲醇的混合物。回流该混合物1小时使系统平衡,取出约50克馏分进行气相色谱分析,对剩余馏分也进行同样的分析。下表中列出了分析结果,表明具有正共沸混合物存在,因为其沸点低于各单个纯组分F365mfc和甲醇的沸点。

用该共沸混合物清洗助焊剂或去除机械零件油垢得到良好的效实施例3:用硝基甲烷稳定的组合物
向一超声波清洗容器中加入150克含有96.1%(重量)F365mfc、3.8%(重量)甲醇和0.1%(重量)作为稳定剂的硝基甲烷的混合物。回流混合物1小时后,取出一部分汽相。气相色谱分析表明有硝基甲烷存在,这就表明在汽相中混合物是稳定的。

Claims (7)

1.一种以常压下沸点为36.5℃的共沸混合物的形式存在的、用于清洗和/或干燥固体表面的组合物,基于重量计它含有93~99%的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和7~1%的甲醇。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其特征在于,基于重量计它含有96~97%的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和3~4%的甲醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其特征在于,还含有至少一种稳定剂。
4.根据权利要求3的组合物,其特征在于,稳定剂是硝基烷。
5.根据权利要求3的组合物,其特征在于,稳定剂的用量占1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和甲醇总重量的0.01~5%。
6.根据权利要求4的组合物,其特征在于,稳定剂的用量占1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和甲醇总重量的0.01~5%。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的组合物在清洗印刷电路的助焊剂和清除机械零件的油垢方面的应用。
