Abstract

고체 표면을 세정(특히, 디플럭싱(defluxing))하기 위해 사용할 때 CFC 또는 CFHC 기재의 조성물을 대체하기 위해, 본 발명은 1,1,1,2,2,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄 및 C1-C3알콜 기재의 공비 또는 유사-공비 혼합 조성물을 제안한다.

Claims (9)

1,1,1,2,2,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄 및 C1내지 C3알콜로 이루어진 공비 또는 유사-공비 혼합 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 중량 기준으로 90 내지 99%의 1,1,1,2,2,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄 및 1 내지 10%의 메탄올을 함유한 조성물.
제2항에 있어서, 대기압하에 30.6℃에서 끓는 공비 혼합물 형태인 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 중량 기준으로 90 내지 99%의 1,1,1,2,2,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄 및 1 내지 10%의 에탄올을 함유한 조성물.
제4항에 있어서, 대기압하에 32.4℃에서 끓는 공비 혼합물 형태인 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 중량 기준으로 90 내지 99.9%의 1,1,1,2,2,4,4-헵타플루오로부탄 및 0.1 내지 10%의 이소프로판올을 함유한 조성물.
제6항에 있어서, 대기압하에 32.8℃에서 끓는 공비 혼합물 형태인 조성물.
제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 하나 이상의 안정화제로 이루어진 조성물.
제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 고체 표면의 세정, 특히, 인쇄된 배선회로의 디플럭싱 및 기계 부품의 탈지에의 용도.
