Claims (13)

  1. 필수적으로 85-95중량%의 2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 5-15중량% 메탄올:92-98중량%2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 2-8중량%에탄올 또는 45-55중량%2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 45-55중량%트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌으로 구성된 공비 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 메탄올로 구성된 공비혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 에탄올로 구성된 공비 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 약45-55중량% 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌으로 구성된 공비 혼합물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 약90.5중량%2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 약9.5중량% 메탄올인 공비 혼합물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 실질적으로 대기압에서 약44.0℃의 비점을 갖는 공비 혼합물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 조성물이 약94.7중량%2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 약5.3중량% 에탄올인 공비 혼합물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 조성물이 실질적으로 대기압에서 약 45.8%의 비점을 갖는 공비 혼합물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 조성물이 약50.2중량%2,2-디클로로-1,2-디플루오로-1,2-디플루오로에탄 및 약45.8중량% 트란스-1,2-디클로로 에틸렌인 공비 혼합물.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 조성물이 실질적으로 대기압에서 약44.5℃의 비점을 갖는 공비 혼합물.
  11. 제1항의 공비 조성물로 고체 표면을 처리하는 것으로 구성된 상기 표면의 세정 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 플럭스 및 플럭스-잔류물로 오염된 인쇄 회로기판을 갖는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 금속인 방법.
