97.0-99.0 중량%의 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄 및 1-3중량%의 에탄올로 구성된 공비성 조성물.
제2항에 있어서, 98.2중량%의 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄 및 1.8중량%의 에탄올로 구성된 공비성 조성물.
고체표면을 상기 제1항에 기재된 공비성 조성물과 함께 처리함을 특징으로 하는 고체표면 세척방법.
