Claims (10)

  1. 62-93wt%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판 및 7-38wt%의 시스-1, 2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하며, 760㎜Hg에서 52.0℃±2.5℃에서 비등하는 공비성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 66-91wt%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판 및 9-34wt%의 시스-1, 2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하는 공비성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 77-93wt%의 1, 2-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 7-23wt%의 시스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하며, 753mmHg에서 50.0℃에서 비등하는 공비성 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 80-92wt%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 8-20wt%의 시스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하는 공비성 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 80-91wt%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 9-20wt%의 시스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하는 공비성 조성물.
  6. 23-60wt%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판 및 40-77wt%의 트랜스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하며, 760mmHg에서 45.5℃±2.0℃에서 비등하는 공비성 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 25-56wt%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판 및 44-75wt%의 트랜스-1, 2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하는 공비성 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 35-60wt%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 40-65wt%의 트랜스 -1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하며, 745mmHg에서 44.2℃에서 비등하는 공비성 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 38-56wt%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 44-62wt%의 트랜스 -1,2-디클로로에틸렌을 포함하는 공비성 조성물.
  10. 고체 표면을 청구범위 6항에 정의된 공비성 조성물로 처리함을 특징으로 하는, 고체 표면의 세척방법.
