Claims (7)

  1. 유효량의 2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄 및 메탄올을 포함하는 공비 혼합물 또는 공비혼합물-유사 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성의 2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄 약 97-99.5중량% 및 에탄올 약 0.5-3중량%인 공비 혼합물 또는 공비 혼합물-유사조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조성이 2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄 약 98.8중량% 및 메탄올 약 1.2중량%인 공비 혼합물 또는 공비 혼합물-유사 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 실질적으로 대기압에서 약 28℃의 끓는 점을 갖는 공비 혼합물 또는 공비 혼합물-유사 조성물.
  5. 제1항의 공비 혼합물 또는 공비혼합물-유사 조성물을 가지고 고체 표면을 처리하는 것으로 구성된 고체표면 정화 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 플럭스 및 플럭스-잔류물로 오염되어진 인쇄 회로판인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 고체 표면이 금속인 방법.
