Claims (4)

  1. 유리표면의 저반사 처리방법에 있어서, 1단계 처리공정으로 슬러리 상태의 연마재를 회전하는 유리표면에 습식분사하고, 이어서 2단계 처리공정으로 산용액을 회전 또는 왕복운동하는 유리표면에 균일하게 직접 분사하는 것으로되는 저반사 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연마재로서 알란덤 320∼1500메시를 사용하는 저반사 처리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산용액으로서 HF 30∼60중량%, H2SO4O 0∼30중량% 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량 또는 HF 30∼60중량%, H3PO40∼25중량% 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량% 또는 HF 30∼60중량%, H3BO30∼25중량% 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량%로 이루어진것 중의 하나를 사용하는 저반사 처리방법.
  4. 초성이 HF 30∼60중량 %, H2SO40∼30중량 % 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량 % 또는 HF 30∼60중량, H3PO40∼25중량 % 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량 % 또는 HF 30∼60중량 %, H3BO30∼25중량 % 및 H2O+글리세린 40∼65중량 %로 이루어진 것 중의 하나인 유리표면 처리용 산용액 조성물.
