Claims (20)

  1. 기본적으로 하기의 성분으로 구성되는 공비조성물 : (a) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 47-57중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 38-48중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 3-9중량%의 멘탄올, (b) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 47-57중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 40-50중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 1-5중량%의 에탄올, 또는 (c) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 49-59중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 41-51중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 0.1-1.0중량%의 이소프로판올.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 47-57 중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 38-48중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 3-9중량%의 메탄올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 47-57 중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 40-50중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 1-5중량%의 에탄올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 49-59 중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 41-51중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 0.1-1.0중량%의 이소프로판올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 51.6 중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 42.6중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 5.8중량%의 메탄올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 대기압하에서 약 43.7℃의 비등점을 갖는 공비조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 51.7중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 45.3중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 3.0중량%의 메탄올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 조성물이 대기압하에서 약 46.5℃의 비등점을 갖는 공비조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 약 53.9중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판혼합물과, 약 45.6중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 0.5중량%의 이소프로판올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 조성물이 대기압하에서 약 47.7℃의 비등점을 갖는 공비 조성물.
  11. 고체면을 세정하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항의 공비조성물을 사용하여 상기 고체면을 처리하는 세정방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고체면이 융제 및 융제잔류물로 오염된 인쇄회로기판인 세정방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 고체면이 금속인 세정방법.
  14. 기본적으로 하기의 성분으로 구성되는 공비조성물 : (a) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 49-54중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 40-45중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 4-7중량%의 메탄올, (b) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 49-54중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 42-47중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 2-4중량%의 에탄올, 또는 (c) 50-75중량%의 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 25-50중량%의 1,3-디클로로-1,1,2,2,3-펜타플루오로프로판으로 구성되는 약 51-56중량%의 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 약 43-48중량%의 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 약 0.3-0.7중량%의 이소프로판올로 구성되는 공비조성물.
  15. 냉동방법에 있어서, 제1항의 혼합물을 냉각시킬 물체의 부근에서 증발시키는 냉동방법.
  16. 가열방법에 있어서, 제1항의 조성물을 가열시킬 물체의 부근에서 응축시키는 가열방법.
  17. 중합체를 발포제를 사용하여 팽창시키는 것에 의해 중합체포옴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 발포제가 제1항의 조성물인 중합체포옴제조방법.
  18. 추진제와 활성제로 이루어진 에어로졸 조성물에 있어서, 추진제가 제1항의 공비조성물인 에어로졸 조성물.
  19. 에어로졸 용기속에 제1항의 공비조성물을 추진제로서 첨가하고, 이 용기속에서 활성성분을 응축시키는 것으로 이루어지는 에어로졸 조합물의 조합방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 디클로로펜타플루오로프로판과, 트란스-1,2-디클로로에틸렌과, 메탄올, 또는 에탄올, 또는 이소프로판올로 구성되는 공비 조성물.
