Claims (20)
- 1.実質的に (a)89.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び1.0〜11.0重畳%のメタノール; (b)91.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び1.0〜9.0重量%のエタノール;又は (c)93.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び1.0〜7.0重量%のイソプロパノール からなる共沸組成物。
- 2.実質的に、89.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5, 5,5−デカフルオロペンタン及び約1.0〜11.0重量%のメタノールから なる請求の範囲第1項記載の共沸組成物。
- 3.実質的に、93〜97重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び3〜7重量%のメタノールからなる請求の範囲第2項 記載の共沸組成物。
- 4.実質的に、約95.3重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び約4.7重量%のメタノールからなる請求の範囲第2 項記載の共沸組成物。
- 5.組成物が、実質的に大気圧下で、約39.9℃の沸点を有する請求の範囲第 2項記載の共沸組成物。
- 6.実質的に、約91.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5 ,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン及び1.0〜9.0重量%のエタノールからな る請求の範囲第1項記載の共沸組成物。
- 7.実質的に、94〜98重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び2〜6重量%のエタノールからなる請求の範囲第6項 記載の共沸組成物。
- 8.実質的に、約97.1重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5− デカフルオロペンタン及び約2.9重量%のエタノールからなる請求の範囲第6 項記載の共沸組成物。
- 9.組成物が、実質的に大気圧下で、約43.4℃の沸点を有する請求の範囲第 6項記載の共沸組成物。
- 10.実質的に、約93.0〜99.0重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4, 5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン及び約1.0〜7.0重量%のイソプロパノ ールからなる請求の範囲第1項記載の共沸組成物。
- 11.実質的に、94〜98重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5 −デカフルオロペンタン及び2〜6重量%のイソプロパノールからなる請求の範 囲第10項記載の共沸組成物。
- 12.実質的に、約97.4重量%の1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5 −デカフルオロペンタン及び約2.6重量%のイソプロパノールからなる請求の 範囲第10項記載の共沸組成物。
- 13.組成物が、実質的に大気圧下で、約45.5℃の沸点を有する請求の範囲 第10項記載の共沸組成物。
- 14.請求の範囲第1項記載の共沸組成物で、表面を処理することを具備する固 体表面の清浄化方法。
- 15.前記固体表面が、フラックス又はフラックス残渣で汚染されたプリント回 路基板である、請求の範囲第14項記載の方法。
- 16.前記固体表面が、金属である請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。
- 17.冷却される物体の近傍で、請求の範囲第1項記載の混合物を蒸発させるこ とを具備する冷却方法。
