Claims (9)
- 유기극성 용매속에서 유황원과 디할로방향족화합물을 증축합반응시켜서 폴리아릴렌술피드를 얻는 제조방법에 있어서, 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드의 존재하에 증축합반응하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드는 그 입도가 0.2mm이하인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드는, 24~200매시의 체를 통과하는 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드의 첨가량이, 디할로방향족화합물에 대해서 1~50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증축합반응을 상분리제의 존재하에 행하는것을 특징으로하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 상분리제가 물,할로겐화리튬, 및 알칼리금속의 아세트산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유황원과 상기 상분리제인 물 이외의 상분리제와의 사용비율로서, 상기 유황원의 유황원자 1몰에 대해서, 상기 상분리제가 0.05~2.0몰인 것을 특징으로하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 상분리제가 증축합전에 반응계에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리아릴렌술피드의 제조방법.
- 유기극성 용매속에서 유황원과 디할로방향족화합물을 증축합반응시켜서 폴리아릴렌술피드를 얻는 제조방법에 있어서, 증축합반응에 의해 얻게된 폴리아릴렌술피드를 입상폴리아릴렌술피드의 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드로 분리하고, 얻게되는 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드를, 유기극성용매속에서, 유황원 및 디할로방향족화합물을 가진 혼합물에 첨가해서, 분말상 폴리아릴렌 술피드의 존재하에 유기극성용매속에서 유황원과 디할로방향족화합물을 증축합반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말상 폴리아릴렌술피드의 회수사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
