Claims (14)

  1. 하기 a)-d)단계로 구성되는, 액상 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체, 극성 유기 화합물 및 물로 구성되는 액체 혼합물로 부터 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체를 회수하는 방법; a)상기 혼합물을 상기 중합체를 응고시키는 점까지 서서히 냉각 시켜 극성 유기 화합물 슬러리를 형성하는 단계; b)극성 유기 화합물대 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체 몰비를 1/10내지 1/2 범위로 달성하기 위해 충분한 양의 상기 극성 유기 화합물을 첨가하거나 유지시키는 단계; c)그런 다음 부가적으로 냉각시키는 단계; 및 d)상기 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드) 중합체를 회수함.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)는 폴리(페닐렌 술파이드)인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)는 폴리(페닐렌 술파이드 술폰)인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 디할로 방향족 술폰, 알킬리 금속 술파이드, 알칼리 금속 카르복실레이트, 및 금성 유기화합물로 구성되는 반응물이 적당한 중합 조건하에서 접촉되는 중합 반응으로 부터 상기 액체 혼합물이 생성되는 방법.
  5. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체의 응고 온도는 약220℃이하인 방법.
  6. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 극성 유기 화합물은 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈인 방법.
  7. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체 혼합물에 존재하는 상기 물 대곡성 유기 화합물의 몰비는 1/4 내지 1/1인 방법.
  8. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 극성 유기 화합물 슬러리의 물함량은 2내지 18중량% 범위인 방법.
  9. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체 혼합물에 존재하는 상기 물의 양은 공식 0.378 ln MF-0.74l≤물≤0.842 ln MF-0.439(식에서, 물의 양은 물의 몰/중합체 단위의 몰 비율이고, MF는 1mmø의 직경과 10mm의 길이를 갖는 노즐을 사용하여 5kg/㎠의 하중하에 315.6℃에서 측정한다)에 따라 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 느린 냉각은 0.3 내지 10℃/분의 범위의 속도로 일어나는 방법.
  11. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 교반은 상기 교반 수단의 전단 속도가 15 내지 500m/분인 속도에서 교반 수단에 의해 유지되는 방법.
  12. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체의 상기 회수 단계(d)는 30내지 220℃범위의 온도에서 여과수단에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  13. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 회수된 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체는 0.5중량% 이하의 회함량을 갖는 입자 형태인 방법.
  14. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회수된 폴리(아릴렌 술파이드)중합체는 1.5중량% 이하의 올리고머 함량을 갖는 입자 형태인 방법.
