자동차용 이동하는 보조정지등 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 뒤따라오는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 뒷창을 통하여 볼수 있는 위치인 차량의 뒤쪽바닥에 설치된, 본 발명에 따라서 이동하는 보조정지등 장치를 도시하고 있는 사시도,
제2도는 차량의 정지등이 응용되었을 때 적색 정지등이 전후로 움직이게하는 내부의 작동기구를 도시하고, 브레이크가 응용된때를 제외하고 점등된 녹색등을 도시하고 있는, 제1도의 이동하는 정지등 장치의 내부에 대한 사시도,
제3도는 내부의 작동기구가 정지등 장치내에 설치되어 있는 제2도의 3-3선에 따른 수평단면도,
제4도는 제1도 내지 제3도의 이동하는 정지등 장치에 대한 전기적 작동부의 전기적 약도.

Claims (14)

  1. 가), 하우징(30)과, 나) 보조정지등 장치(10)가 뒤따르는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 볼수 있도록 자동차에 하우징(30)을 설치하기 위한 수단과, 다), 하우징(30)에 관하여 이동할 수 있도록 설치된 보조정지등(44) 및, 라). 차량 브레이크의 적용에 반응해서, 하우징(30)에 관하여 보조정지등(14)을 진동 또는 전후 움직임으로 보조정지등(44)을 점등으로 변화가 되도록 하기 위하여 하우징(30)내부에 배치되어 있는 작동수단으로서 소형전동기(62), 보조정지등(44) 및 링크(94)(100)들로 구성되는 차량 브레이크를 지니고 있는 차량과 그 유사물을 위한 이동하는 정지등장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보조정지등(44)은 하우징(30)에 관하여 축회전할 수 있도록 설치되어 있는 정지등 운반아암(36)상에 설치되고, 상기 작동수단은 소형전동기(62) 및 보조정지등(44)이 설치되어 있는 상기아암(36)과 전동기(62) 사이에 연결된 연동장치인 링크(94)(100)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 보조정지등 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(30)의 양 측면에 한 개씩 제공되고 하우징(30)의 바깥쪽에 충분히 뻗어 있는 보조정지등(44) 두 개가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조정지등 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비 보조정지등으로써 녹색등(104)과 뒤따라오는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 볼수 있도록 상기 녹색등(104)을 설치하기 위한 수단과, 차량의 브레이크가 응용되어서 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변화된때를 제외하고는 비 보조정지등인 녹색등(104)에 여자하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 하우징(30)이 뒤쪽으로 향하고 있는 부분은 개방되어 있고, 투명 또는 반투명이고, 녹색등(104)은 개방되어 있고 투명 또는 반투명한 부분의 하우징(30) 내부의 앞쪽에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 녹색등(104)은 차량은 점화 스위치가 점등으로 변환되었을 때 여자되기 위하여 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  7. 가), 하우징(30)과, 나), 뒤따라오는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 볼수 있도록 차량에 하우징(30)을 설치하기 위한 수단과, 다), 하우징(30)으로부터 윗쪽과 측면으로 튀어나오도록 하우징(30)의 맞은편 측면에 설치되고, 하우징(30)에 관하여 각기 축회전할수 있도록 설치되어 있는 두 개이상의 보조정지등(44) 및 라), 차량 브레이크의 적용에 반응해서, 하우징(30)에 관하여 보조정지등(14)을 진동 또는 전후 움직임과 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변화되기 위하여 하우징(30)내부에 배치되어 있는 작동수단으로 구성되는 차량브레이크를 지니고 있는 차량과 그 유사물을 위한 이동하는 보조정지등장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 보조정지등(44)들은 각기 하우징(30)에 관하여 축회전할 수 있도록 설치된 아암(36)에 설치되어 있고, 상기 작동수단은 소형전동기(62)와 보조정지등(44)이 장치되어 있는 아암 및 소형전동기(62) 사이에 연결되어 있는 연동장치로서 링크(94)(100)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 한 개 이상의 녹색등(104)과, 뒤따라오는 차량을 운전하는 운전자에게 볼수 있도록 녹색등(104)을 설치하기위한 수단과, 차량 브레이크가 응용되어서 점등으로 변환되는 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변환될때를 제외하고는 녹색등(104)에 여자하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조정지등 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 하우징(30)이 뒤쪽으로 향하고 있는 부분은 개방되고, 투명 또는 반투명하고, 녹색등(104)은, 개방되어 있고 투명 또는 반투명한 부분의 하우징(30)의 내부앞쪽에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 녹색등(104)은 차량의 점화 스위치가 점등으로 변환되었을 때 여자되기 위하여 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  12. 가), 하우징(30)과, 나), 보조정지등장치(10)가 뒤따라오는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 볼수 있도록 차량에 하우징(30)을 설치하기 위한 수단과, 다). 하우징(30)으로부터 상부와 측면으로 튀어나오도록 하우징(30)의 맞은편 측면 부분에 설치되고 하우징(30)에 대하여 각기 축회전할수 있도록 설치되어 있는 두 개이상의 보조정지등(44)과, 라), 차량 브레이크의 적용에 반응해서, 하우징(30)에 대하여 보조정지등(14)을 진동 또는 전후 움직임과 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변환되도록 하기 위하여 하우징(30)내부에 배치된 작동수단 및, 마), 한 개이상의 녹색등(104)과 뒤따라오는 차량들을 운전하는 운전자에게 보일수 있도록 녹색등(104)을 설치하기위한 수단과, 차량의 브레이크가 응용되어서 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변환되었을때를 제외하고는 녹색등(104)에 여자하기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 차량브레이크를 지니고 있는 차량과 그 유사물을 위한 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 보조정지등(44)들은 각기 하우징(30)에 관하여 축회전할 수 있도록 설치된 아암(36)에 설치되고, 작동수단은 소형전동기(62) 및 보조정지등(44)이 설치되어 있는 연동장치로서 링크(94)(100)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조정지등 장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 하우징(30)의 뒤쪽으로 향하고 있는 부분은 개방되고, 투명 또는 반투명하고, 녹색등(104)은, 개방되고 투명 또는 반투명한 부분의 하우징(30)의 내부의 앞쪽에 설치되고, 녹색등(104)은 차량의 점화 스위치가 점등으로 변환되었을때는 여과하기 위하여 연결되지만, 보조정지등(44)이 점등으로 변환되었을때에도 그렇다는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동하는 보조정지등 장치.
