Claims (26)
- 미분된 백금 금속 또는 산화물 및 하나 이상의 효소를 액체 현탁 매질중에 현탁시키고, 이 현탁액을 지지체 성분의 표면상에 침착시킨후, 침착된 현탁액을 효소의 불활성화 온도 이하의 온도에서 건조시켜 상기의 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물 및 효소(들)를 사실상 균일하고 균질한 피복층으로서 지지체의 표면상에 침착시킴을 특징으로 하여, 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물과 하나 이상의 효소의 사실상 균일한 혼합물을 기본 지지체의 표면상에 전기 전도층으로서 침착시킨 효소 전극[이 전극은, 전극의 효소-함유층이 개개의 효소 기질과 접촉하는 경우, 효소의 활성에 대해 전류적으로 반응한다]을 재조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁액이 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연 입자를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물의 입자가 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연 입자의 표면상에 예비 흡착되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연 입자가 3 내지 150nm의 입자 크기를 갖고, 여기에 예비 흡착된 미분된 백금 그룹 또는 산화물 1 내지 4nm의 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액이 미분된 백금 그룹 또는 산화물 및 효소(들), 경우에 따라 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연을 혼합시키기 위한 저온 결합제[이 저온 결합제는 효소(들)의 불황성화 온도를 초과하지 않는 온도에서 입자 및 효소를 함께 결합시켜 지지체의 표면상에 응집 효소-함유층을 형성시키는데 유효하다]를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 액체 현탁 매질이 수성 매질인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 결합제가 젤라틴 또는 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오즈인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액을 인쇄 공정에 의해 지지체 성분의 표면에 적용시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 현탁액을 스크린 인쇄에 의해 지지체 성분에 적용시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체 성분 자체가 전기 전도성인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 기질이 전기 전도성 탄소 페이퍼 또는 탄소 트랙인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 성분이 미분된 백금 또는 로듐인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 효소가 글루코오즈 옥시다아제, 락테이트 옥시다아제 또는 콜레스테롤 옥시다아제인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체 성분상에 초기에 침착된 미분된 현탁액이 단지 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물, 경우에 따라 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연 및 결합제를 포함하며, 이 미분된 현탁액을 지지체 성분상에 침착시킨 다음, 미분된 입자의 침착된 효소-함유 용액을 사용하여 함침시키고 재건조 시킴으로써, 효소를 상기의 층내로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기본 지지체 성분의 표면상에 전기 전도표면층으로서 침착된 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물 및 하나 이상의 효소들의 사실상 효소들의 사실상 균일한 혼합물을 포함하며, 여기서 상기의 층은 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물 및 효소(들)의 입자에 대한 결합제[이 결합제는 효소(들)의 불활성화 온도를 초과하지 않는 온도에서 미분된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물 입자 및 효도(들)를 지지체에 결합된 접착 응집층으로 결합시키기에 유효한 물질을 포함한다]를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 효소 전극.
- 제15항에 있어서, 결합제가 수용성 또는 수분산성인 효소 전극.
- 제16항에 있어서, 결합제가 젤라틴 또는 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오즈인 효소 전극.
- 제15항에 이써서,효소 자체가 미분된 백금 그룹 또는 산화물에 대한 결합제로서 작용하는 효소 전극.
- 제15항 내지 18항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 효소-함유 층이 미분된 탄소 또는 흑연 입자를 추가로 함유하는 효소 전극.
- 제19항에 있어서, 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물의 미분된 입자가 탄소 또는 흑연 입자의 표면상에 예비흡착 되는 효소 전극.
- 제20항에 있어서, 탄소 또는 흑연 입자가 3 내지 150nm의 입자 크기를 갖고, 예비흡착된 백금 그룹 금속 또는 산화물 입자가 1 내지 4nm의 입자 크기를 갖는 효소 전극.
- 제15항 내지 21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 효소-함유 층이 기본 지지체 성분의 표면상에 인쇄되는 효소 전극.
- 제22항에 있어서, 효소-함유층이 지지체 성분의 표면상에 스크린 인쇄되는 효소 전극.
- 제15항 내지 23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기본 지지체 성분 자체가 전기 전도성인 효소 전극.
- 제24항에 있어서, 지지체 성분이 전기 전도성 탄소 페이퍼 또는 탄소 트랙의 시이트를 포함하느 효소 전극.
