Claims (20)
- 직물 시이트; 및 상기 직물 시이트상에 피복된 수-경화성 수지를 포함하며, 상기 수지가 안정하게 분산된 소수성 중합체 입자들을 갖는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 성형품의 고정시간을 단축시키는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 경화후 성형품의 습윤 강도를 증가시키는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 경화중에 상기 수지의 발포현상을 억제시키는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 약 20미크론 이하의 평균직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 약 0.01미크론 보다 큰 평균직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 약 10미크론 이하의 평균직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 약 0.3미크론 내지 약 5미크론의 평균직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수-경화성 수지가 이소시아네이트-작용기성, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형품이 정형외과용 캐스팅 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 직물 시이트가 자체의 적어도 한쪽면에 다수개의 돌기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 캐스팅 재료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 돌기가 적어도 약8개의 필라멘트 다발을 포함하고, 상기 직물 시이트의 면이 직물시이트 단위 그램당 약 75내지 약 1500개의 돌기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 캐스팅 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 비닐 단량체들로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 폴리아크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 아크릴로니트릴과 스티렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 폴리우레아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 캐스팅 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 에폭시수지계 중합체들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자들이 상기 수지의 약 0.5 내지 약 10중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수-경화성 수지가 폴리울과 폴이소시아네이트의 반응에 의해서 생성된 아소시아네이트 작용기성, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체이고, 상기 중합체 입자들이 상기 폴리올의 약 10 내지 45중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
