Claims (4)

  1. 경화촉매를 불포화 폴리에스테르 아미드 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 및 불포화 비닐 에스테르 수지로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된, 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체에 용해된 불포화 수지와 혼합하여 촉매 첨가수지를 제조하고, 수득된 촉매첨가 수지를 미세한 폴리스티렌, 조악하며 미세한 응집체 및 충진제와 혼합하여 경화가능한 중합체 콘크리트 배합물을 수득하고, 수득된 콘크리트 배합물을 경화시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로하여, 수축성이 거의 또는 전혀 없고 높은 압축강도 및 개선된 결합강도를 갖는 중합체 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 언급된 불포화 수지가 우레탄 올리고머 유연제 0.1 내지 60중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 언급된 폴리에스테르 아미드 수지가 디사이클로펜타디엔 개질된 폴리에스테르 아미드인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 스티렌인 방법.
