Claims (3)

  1. 기판(4)위에 보호층(3), 기록층(2) 및 보호층(1)이 형성된 통상의 광자기기록매체에 있어서, 상기 기록층(2)의 적어도 한쪽면에 그 기록층(2) 물질을 산화시키어 산화층(5)을 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체.
  2. 기록층과 그 양쪽에 형성되는 보호층의 경계면 중 적어도 한쪽의 경계면을 진공조 내부에서 증착공정이후에 가열하여 기록층 또는 보호층의 잔존산소의 확산에 의해 두께 5Å-500Å범위로 희토류 원소의 산화층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 광자기기록매체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화층을 스퍼터링 에칭에 의해 약 5-50Å두께만큼 제거함을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
