제1도는 본 발명에 관한 변속기의 제어방법 및 장치의 실시예에 따른 장치를 개념적으로 나타낸 블록도, 제2도에서 제5도는 제1도의 콘트롤러내에서 실행되는 처리수순을 예시한 플로우차트, 제6도는 제3도에 나타낸 플로우차트를 실행한 경우에 변속기 각 요소의 변화상태를 나타낸 타임 차트.
Claims (4)
- 변속수단을 선택하는 복수의 변속용 클러치와 이들 복수의 변속용 클러치에 대해서 접속한 압력제어밸브를 가진 변속기에 있어서, 파워온 상태시에 현재의 변속단을 다음단의 변속단으로 시프트다운 할때에 상기제어밸브를 다음과 같이 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어방법. a) 변속지령이 내려진 시점에서 상기현재의 변속단에서의 변속용 클러치에 걸린 압력제어밸브를 오프한다. b) 상기 다음단의 변속단에서의 변속용 클러치의 상대회전수가 0이되는 시점에서 이 변속용 클러치의 필링타임이 종료하는 작동개시 타이밍으로 이 변속용 클러치에 대응하는 압력제어밸브를 작동하고, 암유를 이 변속용 클러치에 공급한다. c) 이 변속용 클러치의 필링타임 종료를 확인하고, 이후 이 변속용 클러치의 유압을 점증하도록 이 변속용 클러치에 걸린 압력제어밸브를 제어한다.
- 변속기 입력측에서 제1단째에 있는 복수의 부변속 클러치와, 제2단째에 있는 복수의 주변속 클러치와, 이들 부변속 클러치,주변속 클러치에 대하여 각각 별도로 접속한 압력제어밸브를 가지고 있고, 부변속 클러치와 주변속 클러치를 조합시켜 변속단을 선택하는 변속기에 있어서, 파워온 상태시에 현재의 변속단을 다음단의 변속단으로 시프트다운 할때에 맞물도록 하는 클러치가 상기 부변속 클러치 및 주변속 클러치의 양쪽일 때 상기 압력제어밸브를 다음과 같이 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어방법, a) 변속지령이 내려진 시점에서 상기 현재의 변속단에서의 부변속 클러치에, 주변속 클러치 걸린 압력제어밸브를 오프한다. b) 상기 현재의 변속단에서의 부변속 클러치에 걸리는 압력제어밸브를 오프한 시점부터 상기 다음단의 변속단에서의 부변속 클러치의 압유를 공급하기 시작하고, 이후 이부변속 클러치의 클러치 압을 점증하도록 이 부변속 클러치에 걸리는 압력제어밸브를 제어한다. c)상기 다음단의 변속에서의 주변속 클러치의 상대회수가 0이 되는 시점에서 이 주변속 클러치의 필링타임이 종료하는 작동개시 타밍으로 이 주변속 클러치에 대응하는 압력제어밸브를 작동하고, 압유를 이 주변속 클러치에 공급한다. d) 이 주변속 클러치의 필링타임의 종료를 확인하고, 이후 이 주변속 클러치의 유압을 점증하도록 이 주변속 클러치에 걸린 압력제어밸브를 제어한다.
- 복수의 변속용 클러치와 이들 변속용 클러치에 개별전으로 접속되고 전기지령에 의해 작동하는 압력제어밸브를 구비한 변속기에 있어서, 가속조작량을 검출하는 제1의 검출장치와, 브레이크의 작동상태를 검출하는 제2의 검출장치와, 변속하는 변속단을 검출하는 제3의 검출장치와, 이들 제1, 제2, 및 제3의 검출장치의 검출출력에 따라 맞물리는 변속용 클러치에 가하는 유압의 점증율을 구하고, 이 구한 유압점증율에 대응하는 전기지령을 맞물리는 변속용 클러치에 대응하는 압력 제어밸브에 출력하는 제어장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 가속조작량, 브레이크 작동상태 및 속도변속단에 대응하여 복수의 유압점증을 미리 기억하는 메모리를 가지고 있고, 이 메로리로부터 판독한 데메이터에 따라 압력제어밸브에 출력하는 전기지령을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
