Claims (9)
- 차트1에 나타나 있는 염기 서열을 갖는, 오이 모자이크 바이러스(cucumber mosaic virus)의 균주 WL로부터의 코트 단백질 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 DNA분자.
- 제1항의 코트 단백질 유전자, 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스의 35S 프로모터 및 꽃양배추 모자이크 35S유전자의 폴리아데닐화 신호를 포함하는 식물 형질전환 벡터.
- 제2항의 식물 형질전환 벡터를 함유하는 박테리아 세포.
- CMV-WL로부터의 코트 단백질 유전자, 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스35S프로모터, 및 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 유전자의 폴리아데닐화 신호를 함유하는 형질전환된 식물 세포.
- 제4항의 형질전환된 세포를 포함하는 박과(cucurbitaceae)또는 자기풀과(solanaceae)로부터 선택된 식물.
- 제5항에 따른 박과 식물.
- 제5항에 따른 자기풀과 식물.
- 제1항의 코트 단백질 유전자를 발현시키는 박과 식물을 생장시키는 것을 포함하는 바이러스 내성 박과 식물의 제조방법.
