Claims (9)

  1. 차트1에 나타나 있는 염기 서열을 갖는, 오이 모자이크 바이러스(cucumber mosaic virus)의 균주 WL로부터의 코트 단백질 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 DNA분자.
  2. 제1항의 코트 단백질 유전자, 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스의 35S 프로모터 및 꽃양배추 모자이크 35S유전자의 폴리아데닐화 신호를 포함하는 식물 형질전환 벡터.
  3. 제2항의 식물 형질전환 벡터를 함유하는 박테리아 세포.
  4. CMV-WL로부터의 코트 단백질 유전자, 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스35S프로모터, 및 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 유전자의 폴리아데닐화 신호를 함유하는 형질전환된 식물 세포.
  5. 제4항의 형질전환된 세포를 포함하는 박과(cucurbitaceae)또는 자기풀과(solanaceae)로부터 선택된 식물.
  6. 제5항에 따른 박과 식물.
  7. 제5항에 따른 자기풀과 식물.
  8. 제1항의 코트 단백질 유전자를 발현시키는 박과 식물을 생장시키는 것을 포함하는 바이러스 내성 박과 식물의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항의 코트 단백질 유전자를 발현시키는 자기풀과 식물을 생장시키는 것을 포함하는 바이러스 내성 자기풀과 식물의 제조방법.
