Claims (8)

  1. 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자나 또는 세포에의 특이적 결합을 가능케하는 리칸드와 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자와의 융합 생성물 또는 단백질-합성 저해제 단백질과의 융합 생성물을 활성 프로모터의 통제하에 식물의 유전자형내로 도입하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 병원체-저항식물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식물로 부터 분리된 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자를 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자로서 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 보리식물로부터 분리되고 다음의 DNA배열을 갖는 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자를 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 기재된 DNA배열이 삽입된 DNA전달벡터.
  5. 제3항에 기재된 DNA배열이 삽입된 DNA발현벡터.
  6. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항의 방법에 의해 변형된 유전자형을 갖는 식물 또는 식물부분.
  7. 세균 오버프로듀서내의 단백질-합성 저해제 유전자를 도입함으로써, 얻어지는 단백질-합성 저해제 단백질의 병원체 내성 획득, 병원체 감염퇴치 및/또는 퇴행성 세포퇴치를 위한 약리적 제제생산 용도.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 주입용액 형태의 단백질-합성 저해제 단백질의 용도.
