Abstract
Изобретение раскрывает нуклеотидную последовательность синтетического гена для растительного токсина гелонина и способ получения, клонирования и экспрессии этого синтетического гена. ДНК последовательность для синтетического гена для гелонина представлена в последовательности ID N 1. В настоящем изобретении предложены также векторы экспрессии, содержащие ДНК последовательности для гелонина, и клетки, траснформированные этими векторами. Кроме того, предложен иммунотоксин, содержащий антитела, коньюгированные с протеином гелонином.
Claims (1)
- Изобретение раскрывает нуклеотидную последовательность синтетического гена для растительного токсина гелонина и способ получения, клонирования и экспрессии этого синтетического гена. ДНК последовательность для синтетического гена для гелонина представлена в последовательности ID N 1. В настоящем изобретении предложены также векторы экспрессии, содержащие ДНК последовательности для гелонина, и клетки, траснформированные этими векторами. Кроме того, предложен иммунотоксин, содержащий антитела, коньюгированные с протеином гелонином.
